      @@smobile827 no..currently I'm doing another 30 mins beginners workout and 15 mins high intensity workout by ma'am and a 30 mins walking. I have PCOD issues. So I'm on a no sugar no dairy only veg diet..i lost a few kgs..I have just started to do this particular workout. Still a long way to go...🤷🏼‍♀️😊

I did it for 8 days out of 10 and could see the change immediately. Muscle cuts have started taking shape :) keep it coming, more leg / cardio workouts!!

    Day 7💪💪🔥terrific workout..loved each and every move spclly shuffle with double toe touch and squat (20 count) balancing on toe legs started to tremble at a point but completed 😂...indeed very innovative moves👏👏👏🙏🏻

    OMG!! It was real dangal with lower body. I did today it was awesome... Believe it... This workout will surely give best result. This is my 4th day I am doing different workout from your channel.     Today is the 3 rd . And everytime I did this exercise I hurt a lot of calories like seriously after 2 days .. today the 3rd day I'm able to do 35 min video fully thank you sooo much for this video this keeps me pushing to do this exercise 🙏🙏 I'm currently weighing 71 kg according to my height i.e 5'4" I'm overweight I wolly do this a month n see the changes

    Hi have been doing your routines for a month now twice a day and have lost 4.5kg. I have more stamina and not as breathless going up hills and stairs. I am 60 years old. I live in France in a village where there are no exercise classes. Thank you.

    Fit2020 workout completed, first I thought it is not challenging but as it went it burnt and challenged well, thanks a lot for this workout. Burnt 270 calories.

      Make sure you give yourself good rest ... the recovery period is where the calories are burning.. so this is sweet pain .. take care. Alternate this one with cardios.. you will recover better

    Hii madam Aaj mujse squat hua bahot hi achha laga mene 15 days Kiya fir period the bich me skipped kar diya tha I m very happy apki sabhi exercise Hui mera weight 76 hai muje 65 kgs karna hai bs apki exercise karti hu kal mene apna kurta try Kiya Jo muje nahi ata tha woh bhi aa gaya me daily two tym karti hu apki exercise karti hu subha me aur 11 baje raat ko thoda walk karti hu me apna weight jaldi apse kahungi kitna losse Kiya ❤❤❤❤❤
