This is definitely the Indian Chinese cuisine served almost all over India but ironically NOT really in Tangra, an East Kolkata suburb in India. Famously inhabited by the Hakka Chinese community who migrated here, yes, in the late 18th century. They now run restaurants today and is India's only Chinatown.
