Bobby what do you think about your version with the rhythm editing capabilities what I understand to be basic somewhat standalone sequencing? I just got mine with the mini capabilities which I'm going to hook up to my SampleTrek, and or Rd 6 drum machine, or even just a PC midi sequencer or my mini keyboard. Which I think will be cool. I was just curious because I reckon it would be fun to be able to mess with a standalone. Hopefully he nails the pitch control, you may want to wait for that :) nonetheless awesome!

Ah okay I have asked about this but I'm assuming the regular old fashioned midi to TRS cord that I bought it should work do let me know if more is needed like another adapter or something in the middle or if what I have will work
Hi, about MIDI(TRS) cable, there might be several types of TRS MIDI cable with different connections, but SnapBeat is compatible with the MIDI standard below. midi.org/specification-for-use-of-trs-connectors-with-midi-devices
@@SnapBeat.officialthis is also referred to as TRS-A btw. As the standard wasn't standardized until fairly recently, a lot of devices have the tip and ring flipped and won't work. These are retroactively referred to as TRS-B. Worth looking up which standard your device shipped with to see if it'll work..

@@chriswinchester2322 I’ve not really used it much, I’m in the middle of sorting everything out, but the brief play I had with it looks promising.
