Wow that narrator was definitely hopped up at least 25 cups of coffee before recording the voice-over

The one con listed for your #1 scale is just that it can attract fingerprints?
This would be more helpful if you went into details like which scales fit best under an espresso machine with limited clearance. Having multiple scales called a perfect/idea choice for coffee enthusiasts who want accuracy makes the list less helpful.
Pretty video, but it seems more interested in getting Amazon affiliate links out there than providing value for someone looking for a good coffee scale.
My cheapest coffee scale measures in 0.1g increments and is within 0.1 gram of my most expensive scale at the weights I regularly measure at, has a timer and ml option (which is literally grams with a different suffix since it assumes you're measuring water at a normal altitude)
Here's some things coffee enthusiasts would actually care about:
    1. Which of these are the slimmest scales that also provide accurate weight when resting on an espresso machine's drip tray?
    2. Which of these scales update the fastest and most accurately so you can use it to make real time decisions for your brews?
    3. What are the auto-shut off and auto-tare features, or lack thereof? (Some workflows will want manual tare, others will benefit from auto tare. Some workflows are fine with a scale that turns of after two minutes of inactivity, others are not)
    4. How readable are the scales? (Are they readable in the dark? At an awkward angle? Are the numbers small or easy to read? Does a large pot or espresso machine make some scales more readable than others?)
    5. Which scales are waterproof? (A cheap scale might do it's job, but lack water resistance. An expense scale might be water resistant but not waterproof.)
    6. Advanced features of lack thereof? (If a scale has a flow rate monitor and a timer, can you use both at once, or only separately? Some scales let you do both, others don't)
it would have been great to see cons of each of the above where a scale came up short. Everyone one of these scales should have multiple cons, which would help potential buyers buy the right scale for them. It would have been fantastic to get steered towards specific scales because of a combination of price range, usage and specific pros and cons.
Unfortunately, this video is too many superlatives for good scales, and not enough data and guidance around why someone with a set budget, specific coffee brewing methods would want one scale over another.
