    What’s your take on polyphenol oxidase? Plantains versus bananas? Green banana pancake mix I assume the ppo’s are cooked out?

    Hi Doc. Which bread is good? What about whole grain rye bread? I have crushed avocado, olive oil, salt and vinegar on rye toast 🤤😋

      Sourdough without added sugar. Made with white flour. Do not purchase/eat whole wheat bread.

    Hello Doc. Would like to ask you something, please. Are olives good for people's health. I'm curious about why most physicians recommend to eat extra virgin olive oil instead of olives. Thanks a lot

      olives high in salt , cant bring your blood pressure up

      He said in another video that yes, olives are good for you and do contain Polyphenols; however, extra virgin organic olive oil contain far more polyphenols than the olives do. The best organic extra virgin olive oil comes from Morocco. He does sell it on his website. But he does recommend avoiding any other oil.

    Home made sushi with avocado is not good? Soaked overnight Chickpeas for humus not good either? Both full of lectins? Just wants to make sure.

      @@GundryMDYT Wow, I learned so much to avoid certain food even more now by this list. The only product I don't see in yes or no list is Glass noodles. I really love glass noodles and it's gluten free it says but I don't know if it's lectins free. Ingredients:
      Mung bean starch, potato starch/potato starch, tapioca starch. oh, I just found out that there is lectins in Mung bean starch. Shirataki noodles is ok. I will buy those next.
      Oh dear now I found this and can go back to glass noodles. Haha..
      Mung bean sprouts are often mislabeled and sold as soy bean sprouts. Unlike other types of beans, like the garden bean, mung beans do not contain lectin and can be eaten raw. They do not contain trisaccharides either, which means they are easy to digest and do not cause bloating or gas

    I thought that white rice did not have lectins. High in carbs though
