Maybe I'm not understanding your comment, but I just looked Boise up on the MLS this morning for the month of July. 306 homes sold in July so far and the median time it took to sell was 10 days. That's the most recent data. Less than 90 days is a sellers market. 10 days is really low, and that's mainly due to low inventory levels and high demand. Are you looking to possibly sell? I'd be happy to look at the market around your home if you're interested. Thanks for the comment
@@idahopulse I’m in Utah and they say Boise is an indicator city compared to the Wasatch front. A simple equation. I’m coming up with his dad and his city that was over evaluated in the last three years stands to face the largest correction.
@@lukem3067 over valuation is kind of subjective. The demand is what drives the prices. We have a ton of demand. That's the main factor. All the other stuff you hear on TV is noise in my opinion. Thanks for the comment again
I'm so happy I made productive decisions about my finances that changed my life forever, hoping to retire next year... Investment should always be on any creative man's heart for success in life.
Now that the busy spring season is winding down, I am starting to get another slew of $10K to $25,000 price reduction emails on homes in the Boise area. Are we expecting to get another downturn in the Boise real estate markets into the end of the year ????
You could not give me a home in Boise? It's turning out to be like california and portland period
How so? Just curious because I don't see much homeless or drug use, crime etc.
Missed it , no selling no buying stuck market
