I love that floor lamp and the black adds such nice contrast
Karla here (not Dave) for your dimple in your rug you can try a couple things. One is to hold a steam iron over it (not on it) and let the steam hit it and then kind of flatten it with your hands etc. the other works on carpet not sure about a rug but you put ice cubes on it let it sit overnight and then kind of fluff with your fingers. Like I said it works on carpet not sure about a rug. Guess it can’t hurt to try

I bought a jute rug. I loved it, but so did my cat. I guess it's the texture of it. He thought it was a scratching post. Anyone considering a jute rug who has cats, just keep that in mind. As for the dimple, you might be able to put an icecube on it. I do that for my rugs and when I move furniture and the legs leaves dents in the rug/carpet.
Liked the original rug but it all came together very well…. personally I’d inject some colour with a sage green rug and maybe some subtle green elements but maybe that’s just me 😊😊
I have used ice cubes before to get a hump out of a rug…it worked great!! If it is still popped up after that lay some heavy books on it!! Love the art you created!! Those chairs look so comfy!!🥰

Love the chairs. I have gotten stretched rug spots out by dampening the spot and steaming with a low heat iron.
