What a cool craftroom! Your husband is amazing by the way. What an awesome helper he has been. Congratulations on your special room. I'm sure you'll have hours and hours of creativity going on there. What a blessing.❤
Wow wee what a space how lucky are you to have a hubby who can build and help like this. Plus I like how the boys were involved a real family affair enjoy
GREAT RENO!!!! So lovely to see your smiling face again my friend!! the baby is SO PRECIOUS!!! thank you for sharing her with us!!! so happy to see you all turned a horrible situation into a family bonding Reno!!! its lovely!!!!! so much inspiration...we've actually been thinking about reno'ing our 2nd floor of the garage! LOL Enjoy the baby time, I know you know it goes fast!!!! HUGS
Congratulations on all of the wonderful new things. The boys are adorable the new baby such a wonderful addition and the craft/sewing room turned out amazing. Fun video 👍
I love the way you combined the IKEA units and elevated them. I am about to embark on finishing an unfinished second floor of the modular we just had placed on our property and I was trying to figure out how I could make my kallax units and my alex drawers work. I hope you don't mind if I steal your idea! I love the way you organized everything! What a great space! Congrats on the baby!
This is is so utterly phenomenal!!!! I would LOVE to have your craft room!!! This is probably my most favorite of all and I’ve watched HUNDREDS!!!! The color is my color, too, and completely had me hooked but EVERYTHING is just beyond what I can put into words!!!! 😍😍😍
Oh girl, before, during, and after covid, my son, my brother, and my daughter moved in and out. I moved my craft room 5 time and moved stuff around and changed rooms. Currently, my dining room is my craft room. It's a formal dining room, (old house) so it was only used at the holiday anyway. Now, my joke is I'm a professional stuff shuffler. I can so relate. Now, I'm purging. I feel for ya! How nice to have a plan ahead of time. I'm sure I'll gain some insight. TY ❤
Wow what a journey!! I’m trying to create a studio space in my garage right now. It’s also been a frustratingly long process. I think we’re within a few weeks of completion. It has been so exhausting. I can’t imagine doing this with a newborn!
there is no such thing as a good contractor. I feel your pain as we just built a home and it took 2 years! Nightmare. I'm so happy for you getting your dream craft room!
So many questions.. what size is your room? How do you have your flowers stored? How is the center table working out for you? Anything you'd xhange about it?
So late on my reply! The room is working really well for me. I like that I can move around the center table and have different stations for different types of crafts. The room is about 19' x 20'. The flowers are in little metal vases I got from Dollar Tree, but my husband made holders for them to hang on the wall. It's basically an angled peice of wood with holes cut out that the vases can sit into - since they're tapered, they don't fall through.
Wow! What a journey and while in your third trimester. It turned out beautifully! Your husband is amazing, very talented and your son (s), so cute the way they helped out. Truly a family project. I’m sure you’ll be making lots of amazing things.
This looks wonderful, I would never leave my craft room if it looked like this! How old is the baby now, six, seven months? I hope everyone is happy and thriving, God bless you all.😊♥️🙏🏻
Congrats on your baby Jess! Was wondering about you a few month’s ago. So sorry for the disasters you went through with the reno. Unfortunately with our house, we could always at least double the time it would take to get something done. About 25 years into living here (10 years ago), I had to get my oven fixed and the appliance guy said each appliance need its own circuit. 😡🤬 The kitchen, LR, and master bath are all on one. In the past 5 years or so, the service professor came out to take down and put back up my repaired ceiling fan. I had him investigate why I had no power to the basement bathroom over the sink light. It was never wired!!!! 🤬🤬🤬. Sheesh, the electrician my MIL suggested was 70 and likely NOT up on new codes. Makes me so angry. So yea, I feel for you and your husband on that! Hopefully, Andrew was able to make the French door paint look good……after stripping it down. 🙄 What a mess and a lot of work! Glad it’s done! 👏👏👏
Wow! What a journey it has been for you, your family, and the garage conversion! You’ve been BUSY my friend! But so good to “see” you and hope things have settled a little and you can star5 enjoying your new crafty space. I can’t believe those contractors 🙄😩. So glad Andrew was able to step in and finish most of the work. Thanks for sharing with us. 😍💜
Wow! What a beautiful and bigger craft room! I love it! I’m so jealous..how I wish I had that space for all my crafty stuff! N your little one is adorable! Thanks for sharing!❤
Congrats on the beautiful new craft room. Congrats on the new baby as well. I love your space and I’m excited to create my own slice of heaven. Thanks for sharing.
Congratulations on your sweet family and the reno! I loved seeing your boys learning and playing right alongside your hubs. I can’t wait to see how the room morphs as you use it.
Looks amazing. What a nightmare with those contractors. Looks like your hubby knows what he’s doing, luckily. You and your family have done an awesome job. It was fun watching the journey you’ve been on. Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl. Enjoy your space.
It really was a nightmare. There's SO much I didn't even include in the videos, but man... it was rough. I'm so glad we came through it and were able to finish the room finally. It's such a great space. Coralie is often toddling around in here trying to get into everything :D hehe
Your craft room is beautiful! What a ride you guys had though. Your husband is very handy thankfully. It looks amazing and I love that he’s teaching your sons some valuable skills.
Your space looks great! I've been going back and watching some of your old vids that I missed. Also thanks again for the great stuff from your store (I got the delivery a few weeks ago but forgot to leave a comment that I got everything!)
Oh, Jess. What a journey. I could tell before you stated you fired those contractors that you were done. When they broke your water line the second time, I would have fired them. I am so sorry you guys had so much stress. Especially with your pregnancy. Your hubby is awesome. It brought a smile to my face as he patiently instructed your boys and let them do it. He did a lot and the room is amazing. Beautiful baby girl as well. We have 3 kids. 2 boys close together and 5 and 7 years between them and their sister. They are all grown now with families of their own. Your room is stunning. Im so completely jealous. I have a pretty little room so i am grateful. I wish for a larger room though. Tfs. Cant wait for the offical room tour. Blessings, Pea
Where did you get the butcher block countertop? And what oil did you use to seal them? Can you explain what you used for your floral storage on the wall?? Thank you!!
My husband built a big shed in our back yard for all his tools etc and stuff we needed to keep, but a LOT of it just needed to be donated or trashed. It took a long time to go through everything, but we got there!❤️
I haven't had any trouble with the color reflecting yet. I worried about that, too. I do think having a really good amount of natural light coming in helps, though. It may balance out the color on the walls.
For this room I had a lot of the furniture already, but here's what I used: 6X - Alex 5 Drawer 2X - Alex 6 Drawer (wide) 4X - Kallax 8 Cube (2x4) 4X - Brimnes Cabinet 4X - Besta Cabinet Frame 4X - Cabinet Doors for Besta 4X - Small drawer for Besta 4X - Large drawer for Besta

Thanks so much! He’s definitely a keeper. ❤️❤️
What an adventure to take on while pregnant. Congrats on both of your new additions and enjoy the journey
Thank you so much! It was really quite an adventure, but I'm so glad we made it through it haha :D
Wow wee what a space how lucky are you to have a hubby who can build and help like this. Plus I like how the boys were involved a real family affair enjoy
NICE!!! You are super lucky Jess! So happy for you!! xo, Jules
Beautiful. I like the way your son got to participate, too.
They always like to jump in when we're doing projects. I hope they'll remember some of what they learn as they grow up!
Love that the kids are helping so much

It was absolutely a rough go lol 😂 I feel like we still haven’t recovered from it all and she’s 20 months old now haha!
there is no such thing as a good contractor. I feel your pain as we just built a home and it took 2 years! Nightmare. I'm so happy for you getting your dream craft room!
You are so right! It feels like we never get good results, so we always wish we'd just done it ourselves from the beginning!
So many questions.. what size is your room? How do you have your flowers stored? How is the center table working out for you? Anything you'd xhange about it?

Fabulous room
Oh my goodness - what a FABULOUS room!!! It’s GORGEOUS!!! And SO much storage!! I’m running now to see if you have a detailed room tour 🤞🤞🤞
Oh thank you! I haven't managed to get a room tour done yet, but it's on my list! Hopefully I'll have it cleaned up soon and can film one for ya!
Thanks for sharing! So fun to watch! Congratulations on your baby! You have a lot going on.
Thank you!! 😊 We definitely still have a ton going on, but I'm trying to find ways to make time for creativity, too!
Wow! That turned out fantastic!!
Thanks so much!

She’s almost TWO already!😱 She’ll be 2 at the beginning of November. Time has really flown by.
What happened to all the stuff that was in the garage originally? Where did you put it all? That was a LOT!
It really was a lot!! We got rid of a lot (donating and trash), but a lot of the tools etc went into a shed my husband built in the backyard. ❤️

Aw thanks!! 😊 I’m so glad to have it all mostly done.
Your craft room is beautiful! What a ride you guys had though. Your husband is very handy thankfully. It looks amazing and I love that he’s teaching your sons some valuable skills.
It really was a wild ride! I'm glad Andrew knows how to do all this stuff and he can teach the kiddos. I'll just teach them crafting and gardening LOL
Your space looks great! I've been going back and watching some of your old vids that I missed. Also thanks again for the great stuff from your store (I got the delivery a few weeks ago but forgot to leave a comment that I got everything!)

So beautiful. Well done to you all. Yes I am so jealous 😄 xx
Love your room! And your family is adorable. Is that a shoe rack you have the Cricut and Silhouette on? Is so do you have a link?
It is! I got it at Bed Bath & Beyond a few years ago, but I don’t think it’s available anymore 😭
Absolutely beautiful.
Thank you so much!
Wow Jess, this looks fabulous! Especially since you have been through so much with the contractor.
Thank you so much! It was a wild ride, for sure lol :)
Wonderful. Sorry about contractor troubles. But you guys did it❤
Thank you! I'm so glad it's over lol - Now I just need to get it cleaned up so I can do a room tour!
Cool video. Thanks for taking us along!
Thanks for watching!
Where did you get the butcher block countertop? And what oil did you use to seal them? Can you explain what you used for your floral storage on the wall?? Thank you!!
Congrats on the baby
if you don't mind me asking how long from start to finish before you could move anything in? I have a garage and been thinking the same idea. thanks!
Fantastic job. It is beautifully done.
Thanks so much! I really love how it came out.
Where did you get your wall board and acessories to hang on it? How does it compare to ikea peg bd?? Tx
I love love love that paint color 💖🤩
Every crafter’s dream room, all that space!!! ❤it! What did you do with all the stuff that was in the garage?
My husband built a big shed in our back yard for all his tools etc and stuff we needed to keep, but a LOT of it just needed to be donated or trashed. It took a long time to go through everything, but we got there!❤️
Spectacular job! ❤
This is amazing!!!!!
Thank you so much!! 😍
Random question.... would a painted wall reflect color while working on projects or its not a problem?
I haven't had any trouble with the color reflecting yet. I worried about that, too. I do think having a really good amount of natural light coming in helps, though. It may balance out the color on the walls.
What was the reason for the frames, are you worried about flooding or was it for height
Under the flooring? Yeah, it’s to make it level with the rest of the house. So you don’t walk down steps into the room. 😊
Gorgeous space! 🎉
Thank you so much!
Awesome space!!!
Thanks so much!
Nice big craft room
Looks great
AWESOME!!!
So cool enjoy it
❤❤❤beautiful I love e it !!! Good job
