As I’ve gotten older I love that bands are getting weirder and experimenting with their sounds. That being said, one of the reasons I have mad respect for BMTH is that they always find a good blend between their heavy gutteral stuff and experimenting with different sounds. I’m super excited to see what they do with this stuff
Ludens was definitely a fresh sound that i havent heard in a long ass time and i see a lot of spark in this oli about doing stuff that obviously most people will be very pleased with. But it definitely looks like he is having fun doing it again

Sure, I wouldn't be particularly annoyed if the album had a lot of amo style stuff, but I'd rather this album be entirely focused on the more electronicore/metalcore side of BMTH, which they seem to be going for. Once I've gotten my Sempiternal/There is a Hell fix, maybe I'd be more willing to listen to another Amo style album. That's just my opinion tho
