Wow. Such a major project. Surviving an enormous remodel is going to be a test of patience. It does seem to be moving forward and it’s nice that you have a great contractor who already has knowledge of the space and your expectations. Maybe this is a sign that now is the time for expansion and this is the catalyst. Sending positive thoughts your way.

Regarding the cabinets that need to be replaced, since the company that makes them no longer provides them with espresso color, would it be possible to order them unstained and have a contractor give them an espresso (or something similar) stain before installing them? That way you'd have the color you want.

Best wishes for getting your office fixed. Are you going to set up a gomefund to help with the costs not covered by insurance?

I wondered if that was an option for you ... expanding to your temporary space. Very conveniently located. 😁🤞🤞

The people want to be served in the East Valley. 😃 In all seriousness, I think your practice is going to be rebuilt stronger and better than before the flood.

    Hey Dr. Cliff,
I received my Phonak Audeo Lumity L70 RL Life on 12/18/2023 and so far I am happy with it.
Phonak even gave me a 3 year warranty for the Charger Case Go.
However, I had to replace the Phonak Charger Case Go 2 times (within 3 months of the Lumity fitting) due to the chargers coming out of the box defective.
Is it normal for the Phonak Charger Case Go to come out of the box with issues or defective?
I had the Phonak Audeo Paradise P70 RT before the Lumity and I never had to exchange the charger multiple times within 3 months since I brought that device.
My audiologist said that Phonak can Replace the charger "ONE MORE TIME" and after that I have to pay for the replacement Charger.
I was watching a RUclips video on Phonak's RUclips channel of them talking about how their hearing aids are "High-quality" devices.
I am like well the Charger Case Go is not High-quality

Any chance that they can “throw in” some sound insulation into the demising walls between your practice’s office space and your adjacent neighbor’s office space? The next tenant of that adjacent office space might be less quiet in their activities; that could affect the SOUND integrity of your audiology activities.
BTW, watch out for the Fire Resistance Classifications of those demising walls separating your office space from your adjacent neighbor. Unless you and your adjacent neighbor are using the same contractor(s), you have to be careful that THEIR contractors aren’t “cutting corners” electrically or fire-spread-wise. If different contractors are being used by your neighbor, perhaps your contractor(s) can informally inquire with the electrical inspectors and building inspectors to get the lowdown so that your office space isn’t jeopardized AGAIN by your neighbor. Just saying.
