Current Keyboard player, Mitchell Froom, was the producer of their first 3 records and is American. Liam and Elroy Finn (Guitarist and Drummer) are Neil's sons and are NZ natives.

As a Kiwi I'll say that they're an Australasian band. At least originally, far more kiwi now than they were, but also Jimmy never mentioned Australia.
