Remembering gigs? Aston Villa in 93 when Nick’s wireless transmitter picked up local taxi radio chatter. Neil referring to the incident with “Just waiting for fu*knuckles to sort himself out” 😂
“Are you still enjoying being in a band, travelling the world, and doing all the things?” Neil: “Oh hell yeah! Music is more important than ever and I’m more compelled and fascinated by it…” Neil and Nick, we love you and need you more than ever, thankyou for continuing to gift us with your music…
Best live show to date for me! Seen crowded house multiple times! If any of you get the chance go see them! Over 40 years of concerts for me and I can say they are one of the two top picks for me. The other is foo fighters. Love love love Neil Finn
the way he puts words together, theres a song right here 1:30 just listen to a person who is a great song writer and musician Neil Finn. Look i would love to put my fellow kiwi in this group of high esteemed musos/ top 3 best ever musicians along with Knopfler ,Van Morrison and Bob and Eric for me. but gone of the fast rock days but yes hes a master story teller. As far as mainstream media tv its no longer any god but this kind of thing is ok.
I meant guitarist Mark Hart dumped for his son to replace, also thr drummer Matt Sherrod dumped for his other son, more so Mark Hart being dumped is a crap way to treat someone who was an integral part of the band during g their massive chart success.
One of my lifelong friends who I grew up with a few doors down from me is Peter Hester Paul Hester was his cousin, back in their hey day I turned down the offer to go watch them with vip back stage passes, Paul's dad and my mates dad were brothers and lived across the other side of the world we grew up in Bedford UK.
Distant sun. One of the best songs ever .
“I don’t pretend to know what you want, but I offer love” Wow, just wow, such a powerful lyric
totally agree. lts one of Neils best too he has said.😊💚
Must be about greece 😅
Totally agree
Indeed!
I was the only one in my crowd who loved SPLIT ENZ back in the 80's had such a crush on Neil Finn

One of our best bands, Neil is a huge talent, we love the Finn boys.❤❤

Well said and couldn't agree more. 👍
I was at a concert "Crowded House" in 2008 in Moscow and they performed the song "Don't dream is over" 2 times.I even saved the concert tickets.
Rock On lads, Aus and NZ music royalty in my opinion. 👍👌🎶
Nick and Neil. The haven’t changed, thank heavens. ❤️
Don't Dream It's Over❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Completely agree, and I’ve seen some good gigs. They are at number one for me. It’s a special experience.
Neil in the mid eighties to early 90s was second only to Macca at his peak
Paul says that Neil is the greatest songwriter ever.
I absolutely ❤ this band especially Neil!!
Neil's dense "jungle" hair with 66 is amazing!
Legends
You can tell that Nick is genuinely gutted about the Gravity Stars/Stairs debacle.
Love those guys
Blenheim palace in June !!
what a band!

Scotland ?
Not this time. We live in hope...
God these two interviewers ain’t got a clue about crowded House how embarrassing for Neil. They don’t even know the name of the album shocking.
One of the greatest bands in the world, awful interviewers, sadly. Didn't even get the name of the album right. My favourite, Catherine Wheels.
Good banter though! CH do excellent banter.
Probably nervous. These two are so cool and joked with them
Probably my favorite. Such a mystery surrounding the lyrics.
Glad hes got Nick back after dumping him for family members previously
Nick has been on every CH release. How was he dumped?

@@leslauraspursI agree with you on the Mark Hart thing. At the end of the day it is Neil’s band. I like the new lineup but I do miss Mark !
Was mark dumped? Or did he maybe decide he didn't want to bother touring again. Man's in his 60s and might have had his fill of it
Love 'em, especially live. But that new track really didn't interest me at all.
Nick's an artist as well? Sheesh, a bit greedy with the talent.
