the electronics used in EUCs are ~usually~ automotive grade which means those components can withstand long term use at 85°C. You should be able to ride comfortably up to 80°C. I'd take it easy above 80. Unfortunately the Lynx does not have a motor temperature sensor so it's not possible to know how how the motor is running. It does have multiple other temperature sensors. In the video you only showed 1 temperature sensor. I'm not sure exactly how, but you should be able to see the temperature for all the sensors somehow. Maybe the leaperkim app will display the temperature of all the sensors?
Lynx has just one temperature sensor? My good old V12HT has 4 different sensors inside of the wheel and motor temperature. Highest I got was 76 °C on the CPU and wheel was without alarms so your temperature is nothing :). But it depends where is the sensor located, OG Sherman was legendary burning machine :D
For li-ion batteries, usually it is 40-45°C, so if you charge it when there's something bad going on, move out to a shade out of the sunlight at least. For cars, it doesn't really matter because all batteries are underneath, but for eucs and other pevs, it is crucial as the battery packs are much closer to a hot surface.

AFAIK Lynx motherboard is designed to operate up to 80 degrees Celsius so you should be good to push it even more.

I have been riding My Og monster pro up to 76 degrees Celsius start tilting me back Couple years ago and they still riding fine
