I have noticed the game rewards players if they dig up the tree stumps and Steam even keeps track of how many you have dug up and awards something too. It seems the idea is to give a log per stump dug up and some experience points. If the new tree saplings are left alone for more than a few years of gameplay, they become trees to chop down, or let grow in the Oxbow map.

I can do the game with OBS, but it doesn't seem to offer an editor option. I am still watching videos about OBS and looking to learn a bit more about it. @@SparkyMamaGames
