I made always stonepickaxes , but for now selling my grow up animals and just selling wheat and other seeds
I've pretty much entered the midgame, but small bags have provided all the money I ever needed. I could never get my hunters to make enough meat for everyone, so I had to do a lot of hunting. This led to an abundance of leather. I know once you get all the workers right, everything falls into place. I have just had trouble with that.
Don't expand too fast and keep your eye on the management screen. It will tell you the needs of your village.
Thank you again for doing this helpful series. I say thank you "again" because you taught me how to play 7 days to die too! You're the manual for this game and they should be paying you LoL Could you please make a video about the best working percentage to start your villagers on early game. For example, for the hunting lodge, what percentage should his work be. How much he should dedicate to meat vs making leather to put us in the best position in the soon to be future game. This would be invaluable to us very beginners. Thank you again for all you do!
Oh I thought it would be helpful to tell you how I've come to play this game, because I have a feeling you're series is about to get a lot more popular! They just announced they're adding co -op to the game! So me and the hubby got the game now to practice on our own to be ready for when we start our first village together. I am sure we won't be alone in this! So making more helpful videos would be much appreciated and I will be sure to watch and like every single one of them. Best Wishes Saven!
Dont do the first quest and be homeless the first 2-3 years.. it's 10k a year just exploring, unlocking everything but farming, eat raw meat.. for every 6 raw meat also eat 3 st. John's wort plants to get rid of the poison and you'll be fine, to hunt bunnies.. just run after them and punch them, don't waste arrows.

Moose are good to punch as well, after the first or second hit, they slow drastically and it's easy to kill them

Craft a stone pick and then you can get stone fast to make those knives yo!

Simple bags require a sewing hut right?
simple bags can be made by hand (think its the top option) in the same screen where you can craft knifes/wooden tools
Where do I find iron ore I haven’t seen any in caves
You have to build a mine in order to access iron ore in the caves. Otherwise, you have to purchase it from vendors or loot it in the world.

North of brovia (the tiwn in the middle of the three to the north) there is a hunters lodge with a bow in the chest with a couple of arrows to get you started
Stone knifes, then get the large backpack and pouch to carry more. Craft more knifes to get weapons
