Been playing this for 3 months. I played fromsoft games for the past 10 years. I finally found a game where I create and build an empire instead of building a character in say dark souls 3. I’ll go back to Elden Ring or red dead 2 one day. Today though I’ll be decorating my pigsty that I placed next to a clay pit. This is the best game out there right now , for me anyway. Bloodborne is still the best game ever made.

I just bought it for the steam autumn sale. Its fun but I'm not a big fan of the leveling and unlocking stuff. It feels too slow. Maybe it will be better after putting a few more hours in. Thanks for the video!

I’m learning how to build the most important things for survival, and I’ve already completed six buildings. So, I’ll move right away before my village gets bigger, making it harder to relocate.

So My question is how can can you use mood (or anything else) to keep them from A. getting married or B. having a kid when their stats are low? I was wondering if you can leave them in the wattle house an slow down the hooking up, so that they skills up to over 5 in at least one job type (profession). Or should you put them in jobs that they don't like?? The Outcome that that I am looking for is having the best stats on the Kids!!!! So that is the "Ends" what would be the means to get that resultant outcome? Outside of building houses and keeping them separate for like 3 to 5 years, then pairing them up in year 6 <<<--- To do something like this for it to work would be hard in the game, dealing with your rep, and the ages of the people you hire you can't get anyone over 23 and remember by 28,29 to put them together. You can push there mood so that they level up fast but that is building 30 houses for 15 families and lots of fire wood LOL, what do you think? is stockpiled goods or season time scale taken into account for taxes? Im trying to figure out how my farm level settlement with only me and 3 villagers has tax of nearly 700 which seemly jumped up from about 120 to that at the start of winter - playing on Oxbow with only setting changed was upping season length to 10 days. I can afford it but would like to see if i can prevent such large jumps in future. 🤔

You said anything found at abandoned buildings respawns, im in my third season and none of them have respawned loot?

I really wish they had a happy medium option for the stamina and weight, instead of only and on and off setting. I'd like to be able to carry more than default but not all and I'd like to use stamina half as much.
