I don't know how people take him seriously when he calls on Russia to uphold the rule of Law yet together with the United States and other NATO allies disregarded the same rules and boomed Yugoslavia, and other countries with no condemnation. Europe's hypothetical time is up.

Ceasefire Treaty between Israel and Palestine
    Preamble
Acknowledging the long history of conflict between the Israeli and Palestinian peoples, and recognizing the devastating humanitarian impact this has had on both sides, this treaty aims to create a framework for an immediate ceasefire and to establish a foundation for lasting peace. Both parties affirm their commitment to international law and the human rights of all civilians under their jurisdiction. This ceasefire is signed with the understanding that sustainable peace is essential for the security, prosperity, and dignity of both peoples.
    Article I: Declaration of Ceasefire
Ceasefire Implementation: a. Both sides agree to an immediate cessation of all forms of hostilities, including but not limited to missile and rocket attacks, ground operations, airstrikes, and any military or paramilitary activity. b. A specific timeline for the cessation will be set, with a countdown beginning upon the signing of the treaty.
Safe Zones and Evacuations: a. Both sides agree to establish safe zones for the protection of civilians, and allow for the safe passage of humanitarian aid to affected areas. b. Evacuations of non-combatants, if necessary, shall be conducted under the supervision of international humanitarian organizations.
Article II: Border Control and Demilitarized Zones
Monitoring of Borders: a. Temporary border control measures shall be implemented by both parties under the supervision of an international body (such as the United Nations). b. Any previously agreed-upon buffer zones will be respected by both parties, and further discussions will take place to finalize mutually recognized borders.
Demilitarized Zones: a. Demilitarized zones will be created along contentious border regions to reduce tension. b. The deployment of heavy weapons near civilian areas will be prohibited.
Article III: Humanitarian Relief and Reconstruction
Humanitarian Access: a. Both parties commit to facilitating the uninterrupted access of humanitarian aid to affected populations, including the immediate opening of all necessary crossings under international supervision. b. Aid delivery shall include medical supplies, food, water, and essential infrastructure repair materials.
Rebuilding Efforts: a. International organizations will lead and oversee the rebuilding of infrastructure destroyed in conflict, with the cooperation of both Israel and Palestine. b. Both parties will provide necessary access and cooperation for the reconstruction efforts.
    Article IV: Security Guarantees
Commitment to Non-Aggression: a. Both sides agree not to engage in any acts of aggression, direct or indirect, against each other or any third-party entities. b. Any breach of this agreement will be addressed through diplomatic means under the guidance of an international mediator, without immediate military retaliation.
Third-Party Peacekeeping: a. Both parties agree to the temporary stationing of international peacekeepers in strategic regions to ensure compliance with the ceasefire. b. The number, mandate, and duration of peacekeepers will be decided through negotiations involving both parties and international organizations.
Article V: Exchange of Prisoners and Detainees
Exchange of Prisoners: a. Both sides agree to an immediate exchange of prisoners, with each party releasing individuals held in relation to the conflict. b. Lists of detainees shall be exchanged, and the releases will be conducted under the supervision of international humanitarian organizations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross.
    Article VI: Long-Term Peace Negotiations
Framework for Negotiations: a. Both parties commit to entering into long-term negotiations aimed at addressing the core issues of the conflict, including but not limited to borders, the status of Jerusalem, security arrangements, the right of return, and sovereignty. b. An agreed-upon international mediator will oversee and guide these negotiations, with a timetable for regular meetings and discussions.
Trust-Building Measures: a. Immediate trust-building initiatives will be implemented, such as the cessation of inflammatory rhetoric, joint community projects, and the establishment of channels for dialogue between civil society groups from both sides.
    Article VII: Accountability and Monitoring
International Monitoring Committee: a. A committee made up of representatives from neutral international actors will be established to monitor compliance with the ceasefire, with regular reporting to the United Nations and other relevant bodies.
Dispute Resolution: a. Any disputes arising from the implementation of the ceasefire will be resolved through the committee's mediation or, if necessary, through an impartial international tribunal.
    Article VIII: Ratification and Duration
Ratification: a. This treaty shall be signed by representatives of both Israel and Palestine and will come into force immediately upon ratification by both parties.
Duration and Renewal: a. The ceasefire will remain in effect indefinitely unless a new agreement is reached or an extension is needed. Any changes or extensions will be decided upon by mutual agreement.
    Signatories:
    State of Israel

    Representative: ___________________
    Date: ___________________
    Witnessed by:
