Will be doing a more thorough review on The Buzz and my own pages however I wanted to chime-in here, this rope has been my go-to line (climbing, false-crotches and lanyard/buckstrap using a doubled-over setup which is >15k lbs strong :D ) for months now and, coming from Blue Moon which I'd thought was damn-near optimal, I've gotta say this 11mm cordage is just epic Samson reallllly nailed it on this one it is just great it comes 'pre-flaked' and flakes easily til this day, it is stiff but not a problem w/ knots, it is lightweight but stays in place, it's high-vis but still a beautiful pattern, am just in-love w/ this cordage I couldn't rate it higher a true 100.0%, A++ product right here!!!!!!!!
@@WesSpurTreeEquipment My pleasure, thank you guys for being a great outlet amongst many disreputable ones!! Got my last order (various diameter Polydynes from your clearance section and a bunch of thimbles) from you guys and intend to continue with you for most-everything :D
@@cerberusbonsaiarboricultur774 Thank you my friend! It means the world to us. If there's every anything we don't have, email nathan@wesspur.com and we'll see if we can bring it on. Cheers!
New guy here! Bought some 1/2" red white and blue 150' off eBay! Looking to get 11mm srt & ddrt or all in one line. What would you recommend? Probably get a 200'+ piece. Thx
1yr later, would you be kind enough to share updates? I've had mine for months so am just-now comfortable doing my "1st impressions" review, for me it's an A+++ product for sure, will be w/ it forever, am coming from 11.7mm Blue Moon so it feels a touch slim to me BUT I appreciate that when I'm moving-through canopies so I don't think I'd bump its size if I could, dunno maybe I'd try it in 11.3 / 11.4 but am suspecting the OEM diameter is optimal, have come to hold @Samson Rope in the same esteem I do Yale [maybe even a bit higher *as a company*, still trust both their products/specs/integrity the same IE 100.0%] in fact have stopped making double-braid polydyne slings in-favor-of using TEC, heh that just reminded me I gotta order a new batch of TEC as my "to splice" list has outgrown my cordage reserve :P
