I live in Redditch, Worcestershire and the sauce is simply pronounced Worcester sauce (Wustah). We don’t bother with the shire bit cos we’re lazy like that. 😊 Great channel, by the way.
I live in Massachusetts. We have a city called Worcester. We pronounce it "Wister". So we pronounce the sauce "Wistersheer", or if you prefer to hear the I, it's "Wistershire"
After several years of thinking about getting a pressure cooker, I just bought one this week. I am excited about all the new things I could do with it. That might be good content - all the things you could do with a cooker or the best ways to use a cooker.
You could probably have used the broth to "deglaze" the browned bits on the bottom of the inner pot more easily. Broth or wine are often used to deglaze the browned bits from a pan in stovetop cooking. Your method looks great otherwise. Just printed out the recipe from your website.

Hiya, it made me laugh to see you struggle to say 'Worcestershire Sauce'. In the UK we just say 'wooster sauce' its so much easier. 😀
I‘m a Brit. We pronounce Worcestershire sauce as just ‚wusta‘ sauce. Because we’re lazy like that.
