    I just got a new Apple Watch and so far I only use the workout app 😂 I also have the silver with the white band! I love using pomodoro so it’s smart to have it on your watch. Great ideas! 😊

      yesss it's such a great idea to have it on your watch because then you can also really put your phone away and hide it somewhere!

    StressFace app tells me when I’m too stressed to push myself any more and need a break. Even shows lingering stress the day after and what events in my calendar caused the stress

    i LOVE the couch to 5k app!! i had to stop halfway through the program bc my knees were dying but it makes running more accessible to someone new to running. i need to get an apple watch....

    Love the video! I was just wondering, did you need the apple fitness app for your outdoor workout? My free 3 month apple fitness is coming to an end and I don’t want to pay for it. I’m not too sure if you can use the workouts without the apple fitness 😫😫

      Apple fitness is only for the video workouts with trainers and the podcast walks. You can do workouts without apple fitness

    I just use the fitness app and it confuses me so much , what does the 12/60 mean for exercise ? I work 8-12 hour shifts

      In case you are still wondering, 12 means 12 hour standing, 60 means exercise minutes

    If you need an apple watch to workout, get motivated and be healthy then you have other issues that need to be addressed instead of buying a watch.

      Or maybe people just want to buy a watch because they provide more insight into their daily fitness levels? Motivation is motivation. I dont see a problem
