It is nice that you got to keep the 8. I do hope your mom will be okay with other watches in the future when she’s ready for a new watch. Also, I think the stand goal is standing at least 1 minute in an hour. It’s a little unclear how they phrase it, but I’ve heard that somewhere.
I think she'll be just fine! I can see her taking the one I have in the future, or getting a brand new one when she thinks she really needs the upgrade. I think she just realized she was happy with what she has 😊
Another right-hand wearer here! I tried it in my left. I tried really hard. But it doesn’t feel correct. My fav app is a box breathe. You can set breathing exercises and your watch taps you when to change breath. It’s better than the Apple version.
I have been loving buying Apple Watch bands that I discover on Amazon I like having rubber watch bands especially marble designs and I have been liking having the scrunchie style bands as well both are extremely comfortable and have so many cute design options

I believe it is the pink sand colour, but I think it just comes off darker on camera than in person! Light Pink looks a bit darker but more pink, you could try that one?

A great question, I feel like personally I might not make the switch unless you were really wanting the temperature sensing / cycle tracking feature, or crash detection (unless you have the iPhone 14 which detects that already). I think those are the main differences between them that would be worth an upgrade but only if they were really really important to you but personally I would probably stick with the seven 😅

Yes! I was worried it might be too big as well but it was easy to get used to and I never thought it was too big once it was on my wrist 😁
