- Amber Heard testified during her defamation trial against her ex-husband Johnny Depp that documents about her drug use and mental conditions from nurse Erin Falati, who also testified, were completely wrong. Heard admitted to using cocaine previously but said she did not have bipolar disorder and was not "high for 24 hours straight" as the nurse wrote in her report.

Today's entire testimony is Amber trying to "fix" the lies she's told on the first 2 days of testimony.

It's obvious that AT's team has/have watched videos online here & elsewhere over the last week & is now rushing to cover up for the comments & evidence that shows her up her lies. It's so blatant - surely the judge and jury can see through her lies & duplicitous character. Remember the bloodied lip photo that wasn't allowed in evidence? Hasn't that been proved to have been taken in 2012? She testified that the 1st time she was hit was in 2013. She now says that the 1st time she was "hit" was also in 2012.

This testimony is right in line with everything Dr. Curry discovered in her evaluation of Amber. A refusal to take responsibility for anything, and anyone who says something that she doesn't like is lying. She's the only moral one, she's always right and everyone else is wrong. Lying is second nature to this girl.

I'm pretty sure Dr. Hughes actually tried to testify that Amber /Didn't/ have an ED, but on cross Depp's Lawyer called her out. Basically Hughes reviewed a bunch of documents and medical records but said she didn't believe any of the reports/people who said something about amber that wasn't flattering. So Hughes was like "no she doesn't have an ED" but JD'S lawyer basically said she was lying.

She’s a nurse. All she does is document what she’s told. She had no horse in the race, especially at the time, & had no reason to be doing anything to try to take down Amber. Especially since AH & JD were still together at the time & AH was supposed to be there for Johnny, regardless of their problems. Those people had no reason to be lying or covering anything up for him, especially since they had many conflicts with him, himself; & his sobriety issues & relapses! They even eventually refused him care until he could & was ready to take his sobriety seriously. Everything that nurse documented was indeed said to her & Amber is just conveniently denying it now. That nurse took no sides & said she couldn’t recall many things, on purpose, on the stand…likely for liability reasons. She most definitely wasn’t taking sides by any means. You could tell she barely wanted to be involved & had to be. She had no reason to falsely document. That was 110% the truth.
and a registered nurse to boot. A senior nursing position recognised with that authority by the state and all medical bodies.

A health professional is not going to risk their registration by lying, that nurse has her notes and data for sure and is following The Code of Ethics. In Australia it's the Code of Professional Conduct, in the UK The Code.

As a person that works on a law firm this is exactly what you do when your client messes the testimony and you try to save it. Don’t be surprised if after cross they redirect to fix her testimony as well
Doesn’t this affect how the jury sees defendant if they keep changing her testimony? Just asking to better understand how it plays out in such situations?
It can but the jury is instructed to only review what’s in evidence plus the testimony. Most attorneys would redirect in key details not ao much the whole story. Also depends on how good the cross examination is. There’s a saying that there are no facts on a case only what the Jury believes.

But… she’s on tape admitting to taking multiple hallucinogens and multiple pills during what was (I believe, if I remember correctly) the incident in which she alleges Johnny destroyed her penthouse and smashed all her paintings. She even asks the doctor who showed up afterwards, “Did I do all this? Did I do that to the floor, too?” (Talking about all the broken glass). Then she says, “All I took was…” and goes on to list like, at least four different drugs all at once. She’s obviously an addict just as bad as or even worse than Johnny.
Anyone who is thinking about working with this woman better record everything on camera because this gold digger / perpetual victim is out to make money by dragging anyone under her bus.

Wait, so she's literally saying that in those reports written by official nurses and doctors, that a lot in there are blatant mistakes/opposites/lies? That doctors and nurses are filing her medical reports with mistakes/lies?
That's some serious accusations towards them, as they could (and would, if this was done in a hospital on patients) easily lose their jobs for not providing satisfactory or correct medical work/history as that is very serious malpractice. It could end with them losing their medical licenses.
And I don't see those doctors and nurses taking that risk to report falsely of her history. Like, why would they... Those reports were only for their eyes to see (Unless such a big trial were to happen, which they didn't expect back in 2016)
I've noticed her make up contour looks alot like bruising even when at court. Shows how easy her high cheek bones can appear bruised....

First of all, I am a nurse and this is a disgrace to our profession! What is the nurse’s business to write something on her note to lie?? What benefit is it to lie but hers is to her advantage to save herself from all of this mess 🤦♀️
This is old,but I don't think a nurse would lie on a note written years before a trial that she never knew would happen. The nurse didn't lie. Amber is lying. The nurses notes were written in 2016, Depp didn't sue Amber until 2020.
