Exactly: it was New Year's Eve and his drunken lying @$$ probably did get it stolen that night and reported it stolen, but you don't go checking your house because you might have missed placed it, and then the thing that got me, he went checking to see who had cameras in the neighborhood. That's why they set up that road block where they did because they knew there wasn't any camaras in that area, but they never counted on Roddie Bryant filming the murder of a young unarmed Black man, and even with all that evidence they almost got away with murder, it not for Greg McMichael and his lawyers posting that video footage of them murdering Ahmuad Arbery in broad daylight. Travis McMichael lied so much his own lawyer said in his recross that he needed to rehabilitate his client because of the damage that he did to himself on the witness stand. "UNBELIEVABLE" how stupid that guy was.

Whatever the verdict reached next week I now think it was a shrewd move by Ahmaud Arbery's parents to press for the proposed plea deal to be rejected. Had the plea deal gone ahead this testimony as to the racist views of the defendants would never have seen the light of day.
If they are found not guilty next week, the defendants will return to State Prision to serve the remainder of their sentences. I would imagine this would most likely be in isolation now that all the dirty laundry has been aired. It would probably be poltiical suicide for any present or future State Governor to propose a pardon or clemency.
Oh and remember that William "Roddie" Bryan has a possible trial on "Sex Crimes" charges to look forward to.
Why this hate for Black people ,we have done no wrong to this man nor his family he has arrived at the unfounded hatred of an entire people because of his associations with like minded people and his own willingness to feel this way. So when this young Black man dared to stand up to them and refuse their attempts to detain him , this offended their sense of white privilege so he was shot and murdered by these 3 men .

They took the plea for this trial, but Ahmad’s mom said “hell to the no” when the prosecutor said they get to serve the first 30 yrs in a federal prison of their choosing and some other shit too. She wants them to serve the state time first, federal prison is more secure they wouldn’t be worried about being attacked, they would have more classes/programs, better food, better living conditions,etc the judge hearing the case denied the plea deal after hearing from ahmaud’s mother.

I wonder what the wife of Greg and mother of Travis has to say about their crimes and racist views. I saw her on the stand during their bond hearing. Frankly she looked like a very mean and nasty piece of work, so she is probably OK with what they did but sad they got caught.

If there is a nail in the coffin of the hate crime case... this is it.
The defense lawyers already knew of their racist hatred and ideologies, and knew they had no
real defense for the McMichaels. Purpose of this trial: To keep them from going to a State Pen.
Pushing to go to a Fed Pen where things will be easier for the McMichaels. This was nothing but
a legal maneuver on the part of the defense team. The defense must know in their hearts that
the McMichaels will deserve every hardship they would get in a State Pen. But they were hired
to keep them out of a State Pen.
I think it's up to the judge to decide whether or not to have them serve a federal prison sentence before a state sentence. They could still be sent to state prison if convicted of the federal charges.
First they will serve time in state for felony state crimes
It's funny how there's a law against hate crimes but so many people still refuse to acknowledge that racists like these three clowns actually exists ......my thought process is why have a hate crime law ......if people can't even define what a hate crime actually is.

It would be great if prosecutors allowed witnesses to come forward in Jackie Johnsons trial. I'm sure they would find her like minded with Greg McMichaels. They need to go through her cases as D A of Brunswick Georgia.
Against that mountain of evidence from the feds, all the defense could find was ONE person to speak in defense of Greg. How evil must you be to not have one person willing to stand up and say you aren’t a demon? And thst witness didn’t even know Greg!!
Then you remember Greg spent his adult life in law enforcement. Every single wrest he has ever made needs to be investigated.
Remember their ‘friend’ were in the same hate filled social groups sprouting off the same hateful racist things. If they testified their hatefulness would also be revealed.
I'm sooooo glad I was raised in a 85 percent black populated, own, and ran town in Ga.. I kid u not, I never experienced racism til I lived in Cali and NY as a teen.. and I couldn't wait to come back home.. lol. In my opinion the only difference between southern racism and all other places is that in the south racist let u know who they are while others throw hints.

These guys are already not getting out, and what defense could they have? I guess the benefit of the second trial is that if one case gets overturned somehow you still have another conviction, but it seems very unlikely that this would happen.
And now, on Tuesday, the jury found the father-and-son guilty on three counts each, and the “helpful” neighbor guilty of two counts. We don’t yet know what the penalties will be, but I consider them to be icing on the justice cake that was baked in the state trial.
I do think it was wise for the state prosecutor to focus her case narrowly to make sure the defense couldn’t muddy the issues (which they tried). This just about wraps it up, except for the county prosecutor that tried to cover up the murder. Now is her turn in the barrel.
I think the evidence in this case is worst than the evidence in the first time, damn,these people are just as evil as they look. I hope their previous attorneys are watching, after all the whitewashing they did especially that pathetic and miserable toenails lady.

Well.....the hood thing is there's not a lot of people on this thread defending these clowns any more .....after being convicted by a jury made up of over 90 percent white citizens ......then testified against by countless other white citizens .....it's obvious none of them were well liked ......not even by local citizens ......but now the fellow racists have no argument to defend them.....so all of their previous arguments to defend them are null and void.

Lindy Cofer 48 yr old woman who lived in the area. She didn't know any of the defendants but talked about the white houseless man under the bridge the McMichael's harassed to say you see this wasn't about racism. Stupid move by the defense they probably offered her compensation to say this crap. Anyway why put yourself out there for 3 people you don't even know.

Two hours ago two men approached my friends car with ARs and told him to drop anything he had in his hands. He was just sitting outside their house smoking dropping off a friend.
