ESO, if you use the Unofficial Patch like you recommend, the armor will only reduce on the first cast, instead of once per second. Because of this, it doesn't go into the negatives anymore. So with the Unofficial Patch, this shout isn't noticable except on very armored enemies.

You were an orphan in the Riften at the orphanage (the lady you kill to trigger the dark brotherhood questline was your 'mother'). You were freed when she died of cancer ( because you aren't adult to kill her and trigger the db questline) and you became a thief immideatly. The Jarl of Whiterun sent you after the dragon after you were caught in Helgen and sentenced to death for thievery(you were 10). With the help of the Jarl's army you defeated the dragon. All were amazed when the voices of the Graybeards were heard from High Hrothgar calling you there. You spent 6 years there, training with them and then you went into Gray-Mane's training becoming a master smith. With the dragon bones and scales you have since you were 10 you made a dragonbone set of armor and realised that the greatest achievment that one can have is use the death of others in its own benefit so they can serve the world even in death. And what better master for the dead than a Dragonborn! You became obseesed of the ways of necromancy and then, corrupted by power you wanted to take control even of the living. You defeated Miraak, stealing his secrets of the Bound Will shout and Dragonform shout. You embraced what you were a Dragon in human form with insane necromancy powers and control over the living. You took control of the legendary horse Arvak and went on a killing spree binding others to your will and raising the dead ones to your aid by using the power of shouts, Azhidal's ring of necromancy and conjuration spells. You became obssesed with collecting legendary artefacts such as The Black Star. Finnaly, when you were at the peak of your power, you joined the Stormcloaks and overthrew the Empire in Skyrim. Unfortunately rested bonus is in game hours. So it's not that good out side of leveling crafting skills because unless you buy a horse to beat on, then the buff will probably begone before you get to fight anything.

one of the first shouts I got that didn't throw items everywhere. I figured it would be useless, but after seeing it basically turn a drauger overlord into a paper bag with only one word I kept it bound to a hotkey forever.

Sashi you get 0.12% not 12% for each armor point so it is 540% in total. The damage reduction percentage cap is 80%, if it was 12% for each point it would be 8000% instead :)

there is a command that will let you teleport your followers or pets to you or you can download a follower mod to get the pet to teleport to you then you can kill it
Alucard Voltaire I only keep followers. I don't know how to get pets, but in Dawnguard, you can have a troll or a husky, and in Vanilla, you can get Barbas and make him follow you. Same with Shadowmere.

Sagan The Khajiit he shouldn't have said percent. 12% damage reduction of -4,500 is -540 times damage reduction. Being negative, it's 540 multiplier.

Just... For reference... 540% more damage on a 4 damage iron dagger is like 21 damage. Not 2160. You would multiply by 5.4, not 540.

No ist still goes into negative -4500, it just does not stack to more than that. I tested it. Also i did explain that in the video =)

Contingent NA I think the rested bonuses are in game hours because they show how many hours left.

That's because you need to unlock the three words for that shout and everything will go flying

Use the necromage perk with vampire to make the shout cooldown drop even further as well as make reduce armor even more.

Hey eso, my favorite weapon element is chaos damage, because it is definitely the best enchantment I am definitely going to obtain.
6:51 not only magic resistance but also child effect. This effect is 100% child protection.

Another good shout is 'Call Storm'. It will wipe out a battalion of foes but its major drawback, is its heinous cool down times @ 5, 8, &10 minutes.
