Did this and I gave Lydia a weapon which did 20,000 damage, crafted some heavy armor that was enchanted with a health Enchant which gave me 900,000 health, provoked her to attack me, one hit and my 25 in heavy armor went to 100, blocked with my shield and my 30 in blocking went up to 100, rinse, repeat.

Don’t know if anyone has said this, but if you don’t want to spend the gold on the grand soul gems than just use the chest in dawnstar. They usually have a filled grand soul gem or two in the chest. Preferably use it when the khajiit merchants are camped out in dawnstar so you can use the merchant restock glitch.
I've never had any problems going to the secret chest in Dawnstar,no merchant camping outside, after I empty the chest I go back to Whiterun and sleep for 2 weeks then go back,no merchant but the chest is full lol.

Same. Every single time I’ve ever played Skyrim since I discovered it, that’s always been my top priority with all characters. Well, I mean I never thought about the unraveling all the mysteries of Aetherius aspect, but he/she is Shor, reincarnated, so it’s not really that outlandish. I think that may actually be the reason it’s in the game. I don’t think Bethesda forgot or was simply too lazy to patch it. I think they put it in the game intentionally.

I got around it by enchanting a ring with 360000% fortify smithing.... it was fun but kinda sucked when I kept legendarying my smithing and went from level 69 to 82 really damn quickly.... it took upgrading 2 iron maces to do ridiculous damage to go from lvl 15 to 100... then the ebony warrior challenged me and I killed him in one hit.... life seemed pointless... a complete waste of 3 years... so I loaded an old save and now I'm back to being a lvl 69 assassin legitimately

It occurs to me that this method could be used to create Fortify Magicka and Magicka Regen gear. This would basically give you unlimited power (cue Darth Sidious laughing), but it wouldn't necessarily break the game like this one-hit kill weapon does (see Return of The Jedi climax for reference).
You don't need to kill the shop keeper. Just punch her, once she is in combat it resets her inventory, just reload once she is hostile. You'll also get a ton of salt from the barrels in Riften so go there first before visiting the alchemy store. Also looting the barrels will not count as stealing so you do not need to be stealthed.
good advice, except i think the fish barrels do count as stealing, so give the potion to that one dock working argonian, and you can steal with impunity.

@@VioletRM swap hide armor for some ragged pants with footwraps and gloves. Enchant gloves with 20000 unarmed dmg, footwraps with +20000 carry weight and pants with +50000 health = saitama.

In case anyone had trouble like me, this thing still works. The reason it wasn't working was because my alchemy level was too low, so every potion only increased the effects by 1 percent or so. If you've upgraded your alchemy to increase the potency of your potion, it still works like a charm.
Just did this but my weapons lose charge after a couple kills. How long does yours last?
@@tylerbeagle7327 mine lasts about the same for weapons. I posted the comment after reviewing only the armour enchantments (which don't have charges), so I'm sorry if I caused confusion. My best advice would be to enchant armour with fortify smithing then upgrade your weapon. Hope this helps!

NPC#165882 3 I only used it just to get all of my skills to 100 legitimately it took forever because I kept forgetting to use it but I eventually did it
My opinion on alchemy is that it is quite weak if you aren't exploiting the game but when you do abuse it, the perk tree becomes the strongest as it powers both smithing and enchanting as well as doing its own damage and effects.

All you need are the pugilist gloves from the Fist guy in the Ratway. Gives you bonus on unarmed attacks. Being Kahjiit helps too, as they have a bonus 15 damage with their claw perk.

Just tried this and it does work guys. It’s 06/27/21 and this works if you don’t have any mods installed. You really have to keep making the Fortify Restoration Potions one at a time then drink the potion right after one at a time. Once you do that and go to your Apparel and un-equip and then re-equip the enchanted items (Helmet, Gauntlets, Necklace and Ring) and you will see the stats start to stack up. Keep making the Fortify Restoration potion and drink them one at a time to see the glitch work. Follow his instructions CAREFULLY and you will be successful. Good luck

Just wanted to say thanks for all the years of great content, here's to many many more.
This guide is useful if you like the asthetic of certain weapons for armor that are generally considered low quality in the game. Instead of getting the generic daedric armor, you can use this exploit to create a custom set of any armor or weaponry that is just as good if not better. So as long as you put some limitation on the strength of your gear to keep it from being overpowered, this can actually be really good for role-playing.
The Avenger at Ilipa this is already possible without exploiting glitches, due to the armor cap being only 567
SidV101 I know about the armor cap, I mostly meant enchantments and weapon damage. An unbalanced sword would do 10 million damage, but a "balanced" sword would do 150-250 damage. Also, instead of increase health by 2 million, how about increase health by 100 instead?

Most of my swords do 130-350 damage (130 ish on items that dont benefit from smithing perks) and that's not even with 100 in the skill or all 5 perks in the beginning skill. 100 alchemy, 100 enchanting, make alchemy gear that does 29% improvement on 4 pieces (5 if use a falmer helmet and circlet) and that it. Make fortify smithing and enchanting potions, upgade your weapon and make some fortify one/two handed or archery gear and you're set. Even then it's too strong for me, you still kill most enemies in 1-2 hits(bow sneak attacks pretty much kill everything in one hit on legendary) and tougher ones might take 5-8. I went to using the ghostblade and carefully upgraded blades sword that does 150 damage just so fights last longer.

while getting the yellow mountain flowers, after you grab the initial 26 around the statue. Follow the stone stair path to the southwest from the statue in the center 6:57 to find an additional 20~25 more yellow flowers (you have to look around a lot but I found about 54 in total) among other herbs for alchemy i.e. dragon's tongue, lavender, red, blue, and purple mountain flowers.

fun fact, you can get an extra boost by using the falmer light helm and a circlet. For whatever reason, Skyrim lets you wear both these two items at the same time and both can be enchanted for extra smithing and alchemy.

I have the elder scrolls v special edition with dlc and there's a glitch that allows me to wear the worn shrouded cowl, the ancient shrouded cowl, the penitus oculodus helmet-light armor, and wear my daedric helmet. I can use enchantments on the worn shrouded cowl, the penitus oculotus helmet, and the daedric helmet. the ancient shrouded cowl unfortunately already has the 35% bow damage.
i can where the Ancient shrouded cowl + 35% bow damage and shrouded hood + 25% sneak together
You can't enchant a helmet with smithing.

Thanks ESO about the tutorial I've gotten my character Ashlin the Sorceress to level 150 with roughly 10,000,000 plus magika and health around 800 and now I've have a bug for my stamina and accidentally drank some poitions that depletes my stamina regains to effectively not be able to regain anymore. But with the restoration spell that regains my stamina is good enough, I've like my ultimate mage built to not have to wait for my magika to regain for each cast

Did you have any trouble with it after saving and shutting the game off? My weapons still say they do the damage, but in use they act like they were never enchanted, and a popup says I don't have enough charge on them.

I just did this for myself in anniversary edition. I found that the fortify restoration requires quite the side quest.
However, upon doing it I noticed it permanently bumped my "orcish armor of eminent stamina, though it's actually boots" up to adding 200k stamina... fun. But I'm going to make a bow that only does 300 damage or less.

Sel Akery Enjoy the game ! You're never too old for skyrim!! Might I suggest that you focus on ranking up one specific skill. For example, if you wanna work on two handed weapons, upgrade 2 handed and armor + stamina. Also don't forget to upgrade smithing, enchanting, and alchemy. Have fun playing one of the best games in the world 👌👌
Mario Landeros vXSharinneganXv I absolutely agree. It is an AMAZING game and playing it is actually pretty easy compared to a lot of games. And it is HUGE! I just love that aspect. I can ride around on my horse and kill monsters to build up and I haven't found any place that is at the limits of the game. I've climbed mountains and swam deep into the lakes and rivers. (With the aid of my Necklace of Waterbreathing, I can't drown!) I find it amazing just how big the game is!

Sel Akery Nice ! Good luck ! And don't work on two handed if you don't want to lol, I just used that as an example. Personally I love duel wielding swords so I upgrade one handed but if two handed is your thing, upgrade it, if it's archery and sneak, upgrade that. There's countless amounts of abilities that you can adapt to. Have fun!

Well, if you are a vampire, just turn into a vampire lord and kill them. Then, if you need the yellow mountain flower again, you can take your newly enchanted daggers and kill them off.

Skyrim's dragons may be wyverns by our definition but in the universe TES takes place in they are dragons so the dragonborn is not "wyvernborn"

Do the following before watching:
1. Activate the Thief Stone
2. Get ring of Pure Mixtures (Alchemy) to disenchant
- Dawnstar mortar and pestor
(Quest from old lady)
3. Get smithing gear (Buy from any store when available)
4. Get magical, health, stamina, and carry enchantment from any gear
5. Get Magic (Flame, ice, or Lightning) damage enchantment from weapon
6. Level up to 40 in Alchemy
- Buy Toe, Creep Cluster, wheat
- Duplication glitch to multiply them to 50
- Create potion with the ingredients to level up alchemy
7. Gather the ingredients mentioned in the video
- Buy Salt Pile (30)
- Gather Yellow Mountain Flowers (30) or the fishes mentioned, blue butterfly/Ancestor moths(5) & Snowberries(5)
This will take a couple of hours to finish. Afterwards, you are ready to view this video and perform this glitch. Pay attention to his step by step when creating the potion.
If you watch the anime "Overlord" or "One-Punch Man", you will feel like them in Skyrim.

Worked like a charm! I combined this and other tips from your other videos and I rocketed my character from level 20 to level 40 in 6 hours. The only change: instead of getting the absorb health and other enchantments the way suggested through a quest I just kept saving-killing-reloding the smith until he had weapons with the enchantments I needed. I did the fortify carrying weight in my boots and now I can carry Skyrim, so I can have a “normal level” armour, accessories and weapons for when I feel like having some challenge and my GOD gear for when I fancy finishing a quest quickly and unharmed. This is freaking awesome!!!! Thanks !!!!

One Tip: Never overpower a Fortify Sneak enchantment because it will make every enemy in the entire dungeon come directly to you when you enter it. Find the Muffle enchantment instead.
Bullshit. Never happened to me. That’s one of my top enchantments. I usually put that on a ring with hella OP fortify carry weight. Incredibly effective. Certain people (like couriers and guards) can still find you when they need to, but not enemies in a dungeon or cave.

I worked all these steps in my game, including the store trick and works like a charm! Here's a weird issue though, after I boost all my stats, there are many times those new stats don't show on the weapon itself or armor, but it will show in the "effects" of the magic section. Not sure what's up with that. I've had some effects actually go away completely like boosting all the stats on my clavicus Vile helmut, first, the stats showed on the helmut, then in the effects, then I switched to a different helmut and they went away. But I applied the booster to my dagger, and two-shot a dragon who wanted to land right behind me right away! LOL
Here in March 2019 and can confirm that this still works absolutely fine.

I was also doing a smith lvl up grind, to where I had 2358 gold rings left over so I used the extra rings in this, and sold them for even more gold and got ridiculous money off of this
I wholeheartedly agree that using this can suck all the fun out of the game.
Using it on your companion's armour, however... let's just say Lydia will never again die from charging in front of my sneak attack, or standing in my AoE.
Also, putting a healthy Sneak bonus on her allows me to actually set up a sneak attack without her clanking around to ruin the surprise.
Do NOT buff weapons nor offensive skills or she becomes a regular murder drone.

I used it for my armor and that was it. Not enchanting just raising armor. I tried the massive damage but it was no fun. It also slows down skill progress just hitting everything 1 time. Then I tried to raise my heavy armor this way and realized I broke the glitch by making potions in the negatives that sucked
Actually, I just thought of a cool role play scenario. My character finds an old piece of paper explaining what to do and how to create it, but some of it is torn and the remains of the writer are on the ground. So my character does exactly what the paper does and then he uses the weapon some people and powerful beasts and him being who he is, hide the weapon away, deeming it too powerful for a mere man to wield. On second thought, it sounds cooler in my head.

Glad I finally have my God armour and weapons. Can choose to live easy on Legendary difficulty or take things seriously on or off after 2 months of proper set-up.

@@lopecreator9262 with enough restoration/enchanting loops and make a crazy enchanted fortify smithing piece and stack it on a crazy magic damage enchant, 10million damage is actually in the low range. Just beware of the inverse integer where you make things so powerful, it computes at a negative value.
