Minority people are not Thais, they are immigrants living along the Thai border, but Thailand still gives them housing, allows them to use the land for agriculture, and provides citizenship and supports education.

A lot of westerners cause shamans ‘witches’ or ‘witch doctors’ because they don’t know the difference. I’m a westerner and I would’ve had the same view on it if I hadn’t studied on the subject
The 'hilltribes' are not indigenous to Thailand, they are immigrants. The people you call 'Padaung' are in fact Kayan Lahwi. If you are going to present video on this subject then you have a responsibility to get all your facts right first.
