Everyone has an addiction... some are addicted to coffee, some to tea, some to brandy before bed, some to watching soup operas constantly... addiction should not be a reason for selective incarceration or execution. What we need urgently is balance... your body produces these chemicals, some are fortunate that their mental state allows it naturally. Many can't because of various reasons. Hence they seek relief through medication, which has led more than you can imagine to addiction. Meth aka ice & fentanyl or opioids are the consequence of criminalising Marijuana aka Cannabis aka Ganja and of course psilocybin mushrooms... Once these were unavailable legally in a safe environment, the people who sought relief, shifted to synthetics which were able to be flushed out of the system within 3 days(cannabis takes up to 30 days). This drove criminal organisations to develop more and more addictive stimulants... and they sought to brand it as cool and social. Think about the situation with extacy. Ice was sought for people who needed to work more hours. A consequence of this unyielding drive for economic growth. There are still many who've drunk the coolaid and believe that all & any mind altering stimulant should immediate result in the death penalty. Thankfully Thailand has shifted. Hopefully More will realise this before fentanyl and ice destroy more lives, even here in Singapore. Yes, fentanyl is here...
As someone from Myanmar, I can tell you that drugs were not seized, those were delivered. As long as Thai government support Myanmar military junta, this will never stop.
To give context here...yaba 20 baht...1 pack of instant noodles is 8 baht and noodle soup at a street stall is 30 - 40 baht. It is cheaper for a poor manual worker to use yaba than eat now.
As someone who is quite well-versed on this topic and the region in general, imo this is an impossible trade to eradicate. It requires the cooperation of locals, multiple authorities(most which dislike each other) from numerous countries and most importantly, a reduction in the demand for the drug especially from western countries.
It doesn't matter, like your garbage man if they don't come collect trash what do you think will happen? No one will ever solve drug problem, all we can do is try and manage it. I don't blame traffickers or law enforcement.
As long as the root causes of drug addiction aren't tackled, it will get only worse. They may be social, economical, psychological, political, medical (Fentanyl in the USA) and neurological, and most of the time a combination of all above. Figure the life of a typical Thai person: No social security, no health insurance, no pension, no jobs paid well enough for a decent living, no perspective in life: A breeding ground for addiction, now comes along a drug which is 5 Baht per pill, that's about 0.1 USD a pill. No surprise it's becoming pandemic. Even the poor can afford the 10 - 20 pills a day for heavy addiction. It's really really big business. Global problem. As long as we are in denial of the root causes, it won't get better. As the Thai sex worker said, all seeking happiness, they don't find in their troublesome lives... Like always, there are some who profit greatly, and they aren't shady dealers, but wealthy business people, sometimes very well connected. In case of Shan state: Even if governments manage the movement of precursor drugs, i am sure, they will start to produce them inside Shan state. So, no peace in Myanmar means no end of drug trade in South-East Asia.
First smoked yaba in Thailand in 99 & last smoked shabu in Phillipines in 2017. Still not encountered it on street in UK, obviously internet changed things a bit, but why meth never take off here??? Any ideas any1???
Having had two bouts with this drug i truely feel for the addicts. It is VERY hard on your body. My kidneys almost shut down, my skin still breaks out bad. Been off for three yrs but feel awful still. Stay away if you can, get help soon dont wait!!❤
I had my bout with Meth and I am glad I got out before Fentanyl and Tranq arrived Been clean for years now but still get dreams where I smell and taste the drug and in the dream I haven't quit yet
When there is a major "drug" issue in a culture the question should not be "how to stop this?" but instead "how can we improve their LIFE so they do not seek escape and emotional solace through an addiction?". Notice that ALL the negative drug issues and impacts increase exponentially in relation to poverty. Wealthy people go to a Psychiatrist and get legal "drugs" from their pharmacy dealer. Instead of trying to eradicate the only outlet some people have for mental health-expand the opportunities through mental health programs. I live in Thailand and there are few options to get mental health assistance for the average Thai. Notice there was NO options offered for breaking addiction other than religious aestheticism which is really not an "option"-just another addiction to a delusion.

The "Plant Medicines" that actually work to help people are forbidden because they cannot be patented and controlled for profit. I live in Thailand and what you don't emphasise in this video is that the Thai police are the main problem, as they are the drug importers and sellers of all drugs in Thailand 100%. They say the drugs come from Myanmar and Laos and yes they do, but all drugs imports are controlled by the Thai police and the Thai government.
@@sour_truth - Yeah but in The USA the government is incharge of *most* of it, but not all because I knew people back in the day who transported, they did not work as police or for the government so there are still regular people as well doing this trade.
It's simple to fix. Get caught with drugs and you get executed. Many countries use this method and have very low rates of addiction. Or for the first offense you can chop off a hand.
It's not really a particular drug epidemic. Meth is not good for you, and it's addictive, but so is alcohol. Where are all the documentaries on the scourge of alcohol? In other words, pick your poison. The substance isn't the point. The point is we have policies that make drugs users fearful and go to shady places and develop shady lifestyles because of the stigma and illegality. Thanks, society! Good job.
I went to that temple many years ago, it was truly moving, not just the harshness of the treatment but the compassion that the patients were shown. Many people go to visit there to support the temple. The emetic concoction they the patients are given actually has a purpose: given the violent retching that they experience, the severe muscular exertions when vomiting, release endorphins which in turn help to relieve withdrawal symptoms. A TV film was made of this place some years ago. I wasn't allowed to photograph any of the patients or proceedings, but I have kept a photo of a bronze Buddha statue there.
This excellent report could have been done 20 to 25 years ago exactly the same way, before the war on drugs in 2003. History repeats itself, and in this case in a possibly much escalated way. The prices reported for meth now are much lower than back then even. Between the years of 1997 and 2002 Thai authorities talked a lot, but basically did nothing to combat the spread of meth, especially not in changing the root causes - economic problems and social disruption because of the 1997 crisis, which changed the meth user landscape from enabling to work or study hard to escaping a dire reality. For some years, until the political crisis worsened, the drug war with between 1000 and 1500 extrajudicial killings from February until April 2003 changed the landscape. Apart from the brutality of the killings (i still vivildy remember them, as well as the desperation that preceeded it, as i covered both with my camera), some positive developments took place as well - for the first time a distinction between users and pushers was made, which now, according to this law, is pulled back again, and treatment was widely available, such as methadone programs for heroin addicts. Some of it back the was far from perfect, but it was a start. What however massively changed was that the then elected government pushed masive funds into the then almost drug free communities, and changed the perspective of many ordinary Thais into a more positive outlook on life. The 2006 military coup, the 2008 judicial coup, and the subsequent political crisis has however infuenced Thai domestic politics to the worse. On the law enforcement and intel level sources were withdrawn from drug enforcement to politics, and Thai people got more and more depressed due to the constant overthrows of their elected governments (by the forces that still govern the country). I guess Covid and the resulting impoverishment of so many Thais created a similar atmosphere as after the 1997 econmic crisis. I fear that sooner or later it will all lead up to another war against drugs, and again, as it was back then, with general societal approval of a people that have seen everything else failing.
Meth is easily produced domestically..... Thinking that doing something about its illegal important is going to be in some way good is more or less a joke. Domestic production will just take over. I would list the required ingredients and where to get them but that is against the law. Just know it is very very easy to legally order this stuff in Thailand.
It is like a remake of an old documentary. 1. Ice has way overtaken yaba in use for years. 2. Again yaba is wrongly translated to "crazy drug". It may sound like that for a new foreigner, and then it spreads among stupid foreigners. 3. Cocaine is a major hassle. You need really need to know someone. 95% of bargirls use ice so...
Happiness itself is fake to begin with, its just a idea thats sold to us by government, TV, religion. The end result is "evolution", natural selection, survival of the fittest, to those who procreate and survive the most. To fill the empty void of death/depression/sadness/negativity we all fear, we use drugs to take away those thoughts; no one is created equal, or the human brain, as everyone is different, and everyone will see reality differently. artificial happiness.= drugs = religions= food= relationships = sex and other things, find something that provides thats it, and keep to yourself without harming others and enjoy life.
In that phrase, the pursuit of happiness, it means property+more, unalienable rights, nobody to govern but yourself. It comes from the Virginia Declaration of Rights by Thomas Jefferson. We are supposed to be happy because we are totally free on our own land. Also, this statement that meth is artificial is not completely true. Amohetamine is similar to Khat/cathinone, and by replacing a single Oxygen with a Hydrogen in ephedrine (from the ephedra plant) you get methamphetamine. It is very nearly natural. And there are 2 distinct forms: the levo and dextro isomers, which are very different, and it is very poor communications not to distinguish between the 2. Most street meth is d-meth, but the pharmaceutical form is l-meth.

If you are someone who hasn't been afflicted with addiction then consider yourself extra blessed..yes you may have other demons to contend with but if addiction isn't one of your demons then you are lucky for it is a demon with an insatiable hunger, it draws you in like a moth to a flame and keeps you in it's grips like a Venus fly trap and should you be fortunate to escape it's clutches and break free from whatever you are addicted to you indeed are a chosen soul. This demon always stands by the door as it knows we are only ONE decision away from welcoming it back in and here's the thing everytime we welcome it back in the more imboldened it gets in refusing to leave as it's constantly waiting by the door, coming back in, waiting by the door, coming back in, it thinks to itself to hell with that I'm sitting right here! So it takes even more effort each time to evict it..but even though it waits by the door the more we say no to welcoming it back in the easier and easier saying no becomes. Having said all that, if we don't deal with the why behind the what, why we do the thing we do to cope, go for the root and rip that up rather than just chopping off the branches which is in essence a sticking plaster method of survival then we will never heal!..it's not easy but that wound needs to become a scab and that scab needs to become a scar and that scar a story if we are ever going to overcome the thing we are addicted to. God bless you all.

Plot twist would be, the village chief is the biggest pusher around and his coffee shop is just part of the proceeds he made from trafficking yaba. I have lived in the hinterlands for extended periods of time as a logging and mining concessionaire. Everyone knows everyone there. They eventually know who is doing what, when and where. Ergo, these border town folk know everything. A stranger would be smelt out by them from 3 miles away. So either they profit from it, are a part of it, or are it; to explain the drug trade to move so freely among them and theirs.

Drug traffickers should get harsh penalties but users and addicts need to get help and go to rehab. Putting an addict in prison will not make society safer nor will it reform the addict it will make the addict worse by the trauma they will get in prison and becoming a bigger criminal when they leave especially if the prison lacks resources and services for the prisoners to gain meaningful skills to renter society.
Most often it's not the fact they are addicts that get them into prison, but the crimes they commit to feed their habbit that leads them to prison. But i agree, locking an addict up and not helping them deal with their addiction and finding some meaning full work is not the answer
I think it should be the other way round @Andrew. anything that doesnt have buyers cannot be a business. its just like your girlfriend cheating with another guy and you went ahead to beat the guy. next she cheated again with another guy. its attitude, you just have to get rid of her. so if users get harsh sentences, they will be afraid to buy and no one will produce cos they will run at lost. look if traffickers cant get drugs from mexico to USA. the users in usa will go on a forever vacation always in mexico.

Also, wait until 35yo before trying drugs. At least the coming degradation of your life will be in your 70s. If you start early, you end early. Drugs can be a wonderful part of your life if you know what to expect and don't allow your use to determine when you use. The urge to use is only there trying to talk you into doing it, and if a habit gets built, you're done for. If you see the habit forming, you can control it. Becoming aware of what your habits are frees you from them. Unfortunately, most people don't even know they've been conditioned. This applies to things like religion as well. Habits are everything.

I visited Thailand just over 20 years ago, the place was wash with Yabba , people from taxi drivers to construction workers were using them. I was asked multiple times daily if i wanted them, they cost about 50 cents, more than 5 you bought the cost was just $2 . I did try them once when a bit drunk but didnt like the lack of sleep and the smell they left your skin after the initial buzz wore off. Cant imagine taking this daily, it would decimate the country, thats why i think, whys the country not decimated by now. Imo i think its all down to moderation, just like the local workers do to get through a hard shift.

Though it may lead to moral issues, but that's the price to be paid, for better future.

My opinion is that all this money and manpower to fight drugs is useless; when a part of society WANTS to consume drugs. Why not let them destroy themselves freely, most drug users die from overdose anyways. The trash takes itself out.
Wrong mindset. Please also consider the amount of people who do not consume illegal drugs. Most drug users commit crimes and rape innocent people because they don’t have the ability to decipher what’s right or wrong when they get high with the drugs. That’s why the use of illegal drugs must not be tolerated.

Meth after THC is now legal is Thailands biggest challenge. Now truck loads of meth is coming in often supported by corrupted police and army. Some groups of rebels and tadmadaw now runs even modern factories to produce meth. Some can be seen from the thai border north of Ranong . Mae Sot is another hotspot. It's just a short nightly walk over a shallow river.

So happy i am NOT sober in this world.

To give context here...yaba 20 baht...1 pack of instant noodles is 8 baht and noodle soup at a street stall is 30 - 40 baht.

In the US it's even cheaper. It's practically free.
@Vincent Ong III it was worse prior to drug war but meth is slowing recovering back
As long as the root causes of drug addiction aren't tackled, it will get only worse.

I wasn't allowed to photograph any of the patients or proceedings, but I have kept a photo of a bronze Buddha statue there.
as long as there are DEMANDS, the SUPPLIES will come no matter what

It is the buyer’s fault. Too bad humans are dumb.
Countries could spray pope fields, killing the popes. WHY DON'T THEY ??
Meth is easily produced domestically..... Thinking that doing something about its illegal important is going to be in some way good is more or less a joke.
Domestic production will just take over.
I would list the required ingredients and where to get them but that is against the law. Just know it is very very easy to legally order this stuff in Thailand.

It all boils down to pursuit of happiness. When one can’t find the true one, he begins to seek out artificial happiness.
Happiness is a myth. The only truth is peace which is the absence of all things.

If you ever visit Thamkrabok Monastery, Look at the Cure Rate Chart, It was peaking at the high thousands, before and after 2003 -4 in those years it dropped to about 20! I asked the head monk why, and he told me he was there then and it was PM Thakisn war on drugs and users, he put a bounty on drug dealers. The police went into the Monastery and shot everyone they found to claim the bounty on their heads. The monk told me that the Monastery took a long time to recover. They say that 2873 died in Thaksin-war-on-drugs-a-crime-against-humanity, and I think many more.
I just passed the 50 year marker last December and what is still as fresh as ever is the fact that behind almost Everything of significance there is some unbelievably dystopic horrible truth.
Though in this particular situation I can't imagine that mentioning this here in the documentary would serve any good in any way. Indeed it would expose the initial crimes but in the long term it would only scare away those who are looking to get help.
I understand that the only reason Truth exist is to expose lies, I just wish that were enough for all humans to feel that it's not worth the effort and the sacrifice to their own dignity.
No amount of money is needed for deep spiritual solutions to the mental health crisis. BUT NO ONE IS INTERESTED. People think if something is free it is flawed, or bad, like garbage. Actually there is a price to pay. THE PRICE IS ONE'S FAITH AND SINCERE CONVICTION. There is complete freedom from the vices we harbor in so-called civilized society, including the most dangerous drugs. The sincere soul can begin at any time with no monetary obligation. This is the mission of the holy name, propagated worldwide and experiencing success through the process of the chanting of the holy name. Man means "mind" and tra means "to deliver". THE MAHA (GREAT) MANTRA FOR DELIVERANCE, is the fool proof way to live human life in the most successful manner, and return to the spiritual realm where there are no material miseries. Hare Krishna . Thank you.
The reporter's closing comment that dealing with meth "will need an international effort" is a complete fallacy. If an individual country chooses to stop the madness, regulate consumption and focus on treatment/employment they don't need any international cooperation.
Right. It is also every single individual soul's responsibility to control the senses. Poverty is a lame excuse. No amount of money is needed for deep spiritual solutions to the mental health crisis. Both the Americans and Chinese have joined forces and share technology with Thailand to counter smuggling from both Laos and Burma.I live in Thailand here both Kratom and Ganja have been legalized but Meth is a completely different animal.
You can have all the best technology you want. The problem is the people who are supposed to used them and the people in the justice system do not care.
They joined forces alright.yes they have.enter covid😮😮😮
Americans and Chinese share tech, yeah right.

No the problem is the boarder is long and hard to secure due to most of it being jungle.
@@JazzFunkNobby1964
You do understand how many microchips are manufactured in China... Also just the sheer amount of manufacturing which is outsourced to China.
America whether she likes it or not is sharing technology with China.
The problem is bad leadership, corruption, no opportunities, and poverty. These things are the cause and effects of it and if things don't change war will soon follow. Money that is attached to bad doing and not worry about the livelihood of their citizens is just pure evil. I hope these bads guys carry the great suffer of their citizens in their afterlife...
Thailand needs to build a wall.
It is a international problem and should be dealt with . Health is welt .
In their attempt to protect themselves from methamphetamine, they banned adderall (and similar) medicines - which makes my long term remote-working stays in Thailand kind of difficult. It's really unfortunate because I love Thailand but also feel threatened by their stance towards this class of medicine. I understand and respect their laws but it certainly complicates my day to day life when I am there - particularly during my remote working hours.
adderal is one chromosome away from methamphetimine, ask any american tweeker, they prefer it.
Nobody needs you in Thailand anyway.
You might consider changing occupations if you require drugs to be effective in your line of work. You've made a very interesting/disturbing tradeoff in my humble opinion. Good luck...
@@alexthai4957 it's unfortunate the disinformation and lack of education on the subject but prejudice is common across the world.
I obviously won't change your mind over the internet, though there are many very real lifelong conditions that are treated with medicines you'd never imagine would be effective.
It's easy to tell someone that they should not take a medicine because you feel it's immoral and don't want other people doing something you don't agree with - but it's different when you're in that position yourself and have to understand the treatment options available to you.
Ask a medical professional for their opinion or do some study on the subject yourself
@@tracyday6710 this is incorrect. The molecules are very different and dosed differently.
For instance, Adderall cannot be smoked and the doses it's prescribed in are too low to cause someone to get high.
For example, someone abusing amphetamines would take 200mg in a day. I take 10mg - 15mg per day and the total pills I have amounts to 450mg.
My entire month's prescription wouldn't last 2 days with someone who is abusing it.
Most countries allow you to travel with a 1 month prescription - except Thailand unfortunately
Are you suggesting there is no drug problems I in Singapore??? Feels better pointing fingers...
Meth is exactly like a cancer, I think education is the best answer. Just show people what meth has done to good people and how badly it effects them.
People want to get high, education or not 🤷♂️
That is a good documentary. I did not know that Thailand is infested to that enormous degree.
So you can make a decent documentary. Why so few?
if thailand wont act now, then it will be too late for them specially when politicians and the police are involved in the trade. This is a problem in the philippines before Duterte become president and still is but duterte fought it for the good of the people although its very unpopular to his administration but a lot of people support it.
I've heard Phillipinos say Duterte was killing off the competition. Could be false. What do you think? Are the drugs gone? Or is it different drug dealers dealing that don't seem to get shot in the streets?
Thailand should have a look at Portugal. There drugs are free. The numbe of addicts went down and there os no more drug trade.
You can not compare these too cultures - just look on asians tabacco and liquor consumption and how much the love gambleling
Nee.. Nu hebben we overal coffeeshops zitten. Het is net A Dam als over straat loopt. Verschrikkelijk. Wil het me niet voorstellen hoe het zou zijn als alle drugs legaal zou zijn
@@peanuts8677 Better they smoke than taking amphetamins - all over the world. Greetings to Westkapelle
Perhaps insight should look into the Chinese participation of this terrible scourge

Now THAT is fresh coffee! And what a beautiful place.
Most of the foreigners who visit these border area home-stays are druggies hoping to score some dope and a cool story to tell their friends. The mountains? What mountains?
I visited Thailand just over 20 years ago, the place was wash with Yabba , people from taxi drivers to construction workers were using them. I was asked multiple times daily if i wanted them, they cost about 50 cents, more than 5 you bought the cost was just $2 . I did try them once when a bit drunk but didnt like the lack of sleep and the smell they left your skin after the initial buzz wore off. Cant imagine taking this daily, it would decimate the country, thats why i think, whys the country not decimated by now. Imo i think its all down to moderation, just like the local workers do to get through a hard shift.
I was there same time as you also before and after and I was never once offered yaba or Ice. I was in the bars and clubs every night for months on end.
Meth is just around the corner when my country is the biggest meth exporter. 😅
And yea the price is still about 50 cents.
All the armed groups and corrupt generals were in on it.
@@JazzFunkNobby1964if you know how to get it... It's easy unless you are foreigner.
I watch lots of Thailand RUclipsrs only talk great things about this Country. Never realized it was dangerous crime and violence.
Most people never see this violence. I’ve been to Thailand 7 times and never seen anything
Oh,your country must be great right??
How can a reporter found a drug dealer but the police won’t find them lol this is the world we live in 😂😂😂
All these documentaries that are so full of misinformation, outraged information & half truths. And subject except drugs it wouldn't be tolerated but scare tactics & outright BS have always been 2 hugely important parts of our super successful war on drugs!!!
It appears that the war on drugs has been proved pointless. The human needs to play.
It should be legalize around the world from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
The route through south America and into the United States is wide open and this is the knock on effect around the world.
There no road from South America to Central America
Depiration brings greed in every people, whether they be of different ages, status, or position. Because of the nature of drugs, and it's addictive indulgence, nothing remains the same. Relationships gets destroyed, and so does a nation because of it's pandemic as a consequence. Hence, it's better to sentence capital punishment as a result of drug trafficking. Though it may lead to moral issues, but that's the price to be paid, for better future.
Sure , because it worked so well for Thaksin and Duerte who tried this . Irony aside..even if thousands were killed it did not make any difference .. seems that stuff got only much cheaper . SO dream on . The war on drugs is a lost war from the start
Well, I am sober, & I don't have wealth! & because of the electricity prices in Australia, I am always broke!
Thailand is a great country but the young people have nothing to do but drink and play video games. I have an investment idea that could set off a trend and give the kids something to do. But it requires a lot of capital.
We're going to the hard-peroid again by these stuff, the time when thai were agressive af😂
The whole world is going through a drug problem after the pandemic. People got bored at home doing nothing and started doing drugs on a regular basis.
they were doing drugs waaay before the pandemic my friend.
Not me.
Plenty drug use the last 30 years
Because you just started watching RUclips during covid till now 🙂
The Myanmar Military Junta is a seriously devious organisation.
Love Thailand and I would work doing this job for free to help out
I used it twice but i am happy that i stopped after two times, although the high was fantastic.
I had a co worker he was german, in 2014 he was 5 years in thailand living with his wife who was local there, they had many good times he said but aswell he always was talking about like pretty much all of the youth was on ice (sort of crystalmeth) and yaba pills. The father of his wife was a old cop retired but had friends who also was cops they selled it. imagine today... close 10 y later. gl.
Without drugs, what will the police politicians do for a living? Please sir 🤮🤢🤢😬
I've heard about this kind of bullshit so many times over and over again.
OMG! I have never seen so much of these drugs in my life! I am so shocked!!!
Easy: Dont use.
For some people they are drugged or born addicted....
Legalize it. Everything.
stupid, than you will have like in California, Philadelphia, just Zombies and monsters and crimes on the street?
My opinion is that all this money and manpower to fight drugs is useless; when a part of society WANTS to consume drugs. Why not let them destroy themselves freely, most drug users die from overdose anyways. The trash takes itself out.
Wrong mindset. Please also consider the amount of people who do not consume illegal drugs. Most drug users commit crimes and rape innocent people because they don’t have the ability to decipher what’s right or wrong when they get high with the drugs. That’s why the use of illegal drugs must not be tolerated.
@You're Wrong Definitely not. It’s true in my country. If you refuse to believe me then so be it. There are too many drug-related crimes especially in developing countries.
Would you say the same if it was your sister with a drug problem?
@@ats-3693 Yes, because people should be free to do whatever they want -to themselves; you want to change your gender, go ahead...You want to do Meth, be my guest..There is no 'saving' a person who doesn't value their body, mind and spirit. Each person is responsible for their own salvation. Also the 'war' against drugs, sees trillions of dollars wasted every year and has just created more violence because hard drug users are willing to kill and/or die to get their next fix ANYWAYS.
That's a very condescending way to see your fellow human beings
A brothle without drugs , ain't a proper one
If I lived there, and had some menial job that's probably low pay for long hours, I could easily end up stuck on that stuff.

This is a lot similar to the USA, except fentanyl has become so cheap and there are many addicts. I hope everyone can be free of these poisonous chemicals.
I would like to congratulate drugs, for winning the war on drugs!
People in Asia love this stuff..nothing new... westerners and a few Asians smoke weed....
I saw all this 8 years ago in Thailand...it is everywhere in Asia
Truth is that no one is seriously wanting to stamp out drugs nor any other social vices. Time and events have proven this..!
When I traveled north along the myanmar border road 10 years ago by car, kids came out ot the nowhere offering bags of pills for 20 bhat a pill. Now I hear its even got worse.
A laughed at the start that dude when it said tourist 😂😂😂😂
