- U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Tucson Sector is seeing more smugglers sneaking migrants into the country, and those drivers are also getting noticeably younger. Its not recruitment, its the fact we let people in with out being verified legally and others are finding easier ways of transporting them by using teens to get off scote free.
