Bro!! Great job! I'm so glad you are posting this kinda videos! I think it'd be amazing if you explain us about pricing a real estate video. Keep up those good vibes bro!! 🤟🏼🤟🏼
I've just bought the Sony A6600 and this lens. I'm using it today for the first time on a real estate job. Looking forward to it. Thank you so much for your amazing videos.
@@HuyRebel hi Huy, I hope you are well. I'm using a Ronin-sc gimbal and no matter what I do, I struggle getting smooth footage when I move (even trying to ninja walk 😊). I'm wondering if there is a setting in the software that I need to tweak. Any thoughts would be very appreciated.
How is your footage of you running like that not shaky? Mine's shaky even when I am careful on a perfectly balanced gimbal. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
Hey man, do you ever use an ND filter on this lens for your RE video's? A bit of crop could remove the vignetting but wondered if you found a (variable) ND that doesn't vignet at all. Cheers, your channel is inspiring!
I love it! I’m trying to get into the re business with my a6400 and ronin rs2 and I don’t want to invest on the 10-18mm because eventually I will switch for a full frame, this is a good cheaper alternative! Thanks brother you videos are amazing and a big inspiration!
Hey HuyRebel have you looked into maybe the Laowa 14mm f4 for full frame? I'm currently debating between it and the 9mm APSC one. Thanks for the upload!
@@HuyRebel I have the a7siii and a6400. Your videos got me thinking if I should downsize to the A6400+Laowa 9mm for a lightweight kit. Currently filming my homes with a Sony 16-35mm f4 - and it can get a little heavy 😂
Hey man great video! Question... I use the 30mm on the a6500 as well, but it's got terrible distortion. The 9mm looks great. How you you adjust the 30mm to stop the barrel distortion and to better match the look of the 9mm when editing? Much thanks!
Hahaha! Loved the manual lens issue, I feel like that's totally something that would happen to me. 😄 Great videos man. Recently found your channel and have just jumped down the rabbit hole. 🙌🏾
Do you think that's ''easy'' to handle with the 1m infinite focus to folow the agent through the house doing the presentation? My thoughts are that we maybe are watching too many lazy filmmakers who are totally against the manual lenses. And for the ones who the budget is a trouble, i think it's the only way to keep working to make money and grab some AF for the ultrawide APSC sony's
I'm attempting to change my Canon SL3 or 250D with a Sigma 24-70 F2.8 to a Sony A6500 and a 33mm f1.4 and a 7 Artisans 12mm F2.0 lenses ( for real estate and vlogs ) This is the cheaper lenses that i have found to start the journey in the Real Estate market, hope it will works fine for me even with a little distortion
If you use the a6500 then just get the 9mm laowa over the 12mm samyang(dont know the prices over there)even If its a bit more expensive. Its better in the long term If you really want to admit. And then the 30mm sigma 1.4 is my favourite for details
@@HuyRebel The Laowa is so impressive, but my budget can't afford him for now! She's around 300USD Wich means that in BRL is around 3.000-5.000! The 7 Artisans 12mm is around 800BRL and i think it will help me to reach high grounds in the Real Estate market here in Brazil! I'm glad for you attention and time giving me those advices! hi..i been following for 3 months..im glad you posting everyday now..more power to your channel..im using A6500 too with sigma 16,30 and this laowa 9mm..but everytime i used my laowa on my camera on 1080p 50 fps or 100fps..its soft..and the infinity focus is off..how do you set your infinity?you just set the infinity logo to the middle?for me when i do that its not in focus so i experimented where is the infinity on every aperture of my laowa.more power to your channel bro.
Hi, thanks for tuning in! I got the same setup as you then. Infinity focus is all the way to the other side of the focusring. I wouldn use 100fps cause its too slow anyways. I can make a further explanation with the laowa this week🙌
@@HuyRebel hey, thanks for your reply.the infinity focus is all the way to the other side of the focusing?i might doing my infiny focus in the wrong way..Can't wait for your next video about this lens.i want to know where is the infinity focus of this lens in every aperture..thank you very much i love your videos..i started using slog2 because of you :D more power bro.
Hey man, love your real estate videos! A better option for your A7Siii is perhaps the Laowa 15mm f/2 FE Zero-D. I have that one and it looks smaller then the 12 and not too wide and no image zoom needed :)
It was between the 12mm or 15mm laowa, but i ended up with the 12 since i can always crop in like 1,1 If i dont want it that wide. It automatically crops in anyways If i use active stabilization on the a7s3, not that Ive done it yet😊 12mm laowa is FE lense
ALL THE TIME THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE VIDEO WAS COMPLETLY OUT OF FOCUS, TAKE CARE OF THAT I WAS NICE TO HAVE SO B-ROLL OVER THE LENS TO SEE THE DETAIL THO...
can I use this Laowa 9mm lens in my EF camera? I have investigated and there are no converters and they have told me that there is no way, but how is it possible!? 😳

Dude I love that lens also. Perfect on my a74 with the crop in 4k60.
hey Huy, could you please share the title of the track u got there. I can't find it in artlist :))
What camera are you using? Is it a MFT camera?
I’m thinking of using it with the Ronin 4D 8K. No digital zoom but I can crop in post. What do you think?
thanks man! you respond to all comments too!

Is this lens available in l mount apsc ie. Leica cl?
i agree , i discover the 9mm in your Instagram account , it's the best lens ever
What kind of ND filter you use? for the 9mm and the 12?

12mm wouldnt look flattering on an agents face, a 18mm would be better

I only know Sony brother, you need to research the right mount for your camera …
There's Canon EF-M mount for this lens.
