    I think these types of videos are my favorite that you put out Leena! They always give me good ideas and inspire me to make truly healthy meals for my husband and I; sticking to my heritage of eating more clean and less “Americanized” if that makes sense!

    I have been doing ketovore and intermittent fasting and it has helped me with my pcos, gut issues and hashimotos. Reducing carb intake and fasting are the best things one can do for their health.

    After decades of me and family members having gut issues I’ve come to the conclusion that it is mostly due to emotional stress! It may just be because you work so hard and are so hard on yourself. For me it is external stress, from people and family members that I really need distance from!!! But I think you need to prioritize yourself and not worry so much about putting content out. We aren’t that demanding!!!! Love you Leena! Take care of yourself! ❤️

    Salam Leena! Love your videos, stay natural and humble it’s so refreshing! Little tip because I am also Arabic/European and I also have IBS since forever! What really helped me was to cut completely: fizzy drinks, beans, legumes (including lentils and chickpeas… some say you can but I think they’re actually the worse), gluten of course and anything made out of milk (highly recommend olivani spread and oat milk as replacement) I only allow myself goat feta cheese and extra dark chocolate and it works. For fruits/veggies I’m ok with garlic and onion but really not ok with “hard fruits” like apples, dattes, prunes… Honestly as Mediterraneans it’s actually not too hard to be low FODMAP just the beans and cheese can be tricky but you’ll get there! Final advice avoid drinking with a straw and try to start your day just with green tea and wait before your breakfast, early dinner and peppermint tea to finish! With love Mathilde :)

      Hi! I am a dietitian, a public health nutritionist and just completed the Monash University 'Low FODMAP Diet for IBS' online training course for health professionals.
      So as a health professional, I would not suggest celery juice as it is High in FODMAPS (carbs that our body can’t digest) and that will lead to bloating and worsening of IBS symptoms.

    Salam Leena, I think it’s so great that you share your health journey with us so that if anyone has symptoms you might help them to realize they should get checked out! Inshallah you start to feel better soon! Just a detail I noticed, maybe you could try mentioning if the broth you used is halal or not so that people make sure they know whether or not they can use that product since it is animal derived. Or you can let them know to use veg broth instead, or a homemade beef/chicken broth. ❤️

    Hey leena hope your doing well, I just wanted to ask if you have any advice I’ve been in hospital pretty much every week for at least a year, i was in this week as well it’s because of my stomach and is spreading to my back and chest I’ve had a ongoing problem and no of the doctors know what it is, ( I’m seeing a specialist too) I’m only 13 and is affecting my school so if you have any advice pls let me know and pls make dua love your videos so much glad to see you happy, your so pretty MA 💗💗💗

    Love these, it makes me wanna go back to my fodmap diet too. I have a question though about the sage tea, do you still breastfeed Alaina? Because sage tea apparently lowers milk production but I would like to know if you have noticed any change in your lactation? I love sage tea but I haven't had it in a while because of pregnancy and breastfeeding.

    I’ve been wanting to try the Nixie sparkling water but cannot find it in any local stores . Amazon marks it up too high but definitely excited to try if I ever find it. Btw it’s a blessing that Omar will eat non meatless dishes MashaAllah. My husband would be so upset at me if I served him something without meat . 😭

    So from what I know low fodmap is supposed to be temporary. Hopefully, it works out and you can go back to normal after it. But it doesn't consider looking into the gaps diet think it would really help you. I do a low-carb, lectin-free version. but a normal gaps diet can be so beneficial for many people with gut issues.

    Hey love i would recommend you follow a low fibre diet. Where you eliminate night shade vegetables, raw vegetables and nuts and grains.
    Try adding more meat and streamed vegetables not raw.
    Have a lot of probiotics

    Leena, have you tried intermittent fasting for your gut health? It helped me tremendously. Just remember to break your fast with a collagen based drink or bone broth.
