Really hope it's encouraging you to take Alaina to Arabic classes and quran classes when she is old enough. Because indeed reading and understanding Arabic (even if it's just the basics) makes reading quran a different experience (in the positive sense). I also hope that it encourages you to take Arabic lessons yourself (it sounds more difficult than it is, I have been there myself...) that 1 hour a week of private Arabic lessons ( 1 on 1) changed my life... Leena i’ve been meaning to start reading the english translation of the quran too because i just don’t know what i’m reading otherwise. it’s great to see you’re the same! i feel like often times us non arabic speakers are taught to read the quran in arabic and that’s great but it’s tricky to really understand the meaning of the words you read
