Sooooooo helpful, for sure one of my fave videos you have created. Love the way you parent, they tips are super helpful and I love hearing your ideas! So excited for baby 4 for you and Luke!! So cool! ❤️ on week 2 of the 10 minute plan (the 5k one) super great!
I love that you said, "Mom, you set the culture". So true!! I have come to realize that mom sets the tone of the home. If I am in a bad mood or being impatient, it trickles down so fast! If I am setting the right tone, the whole house has a better direction and atmosphere. And since I've been homeschooling 2 kids with a baby, it has been essential to do simple self care. I love your list of tips and tricks, these are great!!! PS much love from a fellow military spouse 💛
so much respect for YOU Jessica homeschooling two on top of caring for your baby, I know that's a ton from my limited time doing that during COVID school shut downs-- it's a lot to manage and do well at. Really glad this vid was helpful for you and so much love to you being a fellow milspouse who gets the life
Oh my gosh. I never post comments. Ever. I've seen a lot of helpful tips/productivity/parenting, etc etc videos and this has been the MOST useful, applicable, and realistic. THANK YOU!
Can't say it enough! Actions speak louder than words! SHOW your kids what is important: nutrition, working out, being present, etc. Love this. Thank you!
I’m pregnant with my first baby and stumbled on this video! Thank you so much for your tips, I have no idea about being a mother yet but this video has definitely empowered and encouraged me to give my future babies structure and create a productive family life ❤️❤️❤️
Nicole, it's Ashley. Congrats on expecting your FIRST BABY! I'm so happy for you starting your family. Tomorrow I'm dropping a new vid that's similar to this (how I schedule my days as a mom of 4 working from home) so be sure your subscribed because I think you'll find it very helpful. You've snagged my free Prenatal Program already, right? www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts
It made me feel so much better about not needing to be the constant entertainment for my daughter when I read about how important independent play is for children’s development
Ok this video is AWESOME! I'm so glad you decided to share. Every single topic you discussed had me thinking "Man, this is so smart! This is the kind of mom I want to be and the kind of house I was my daughter (and hopefully future kiddos) to grow up in"! You are so encouraging in all of your videos and I am obsessed with your workout plans! I've done the prenatal and post partum plans and I tell everyone I know to do them, too :) I've never felt stronger or more comfortable in my body than I do now. Thank you for all you do for us! Your kiddos are so blessed to have you for a mama ❤
Thanks for sharing in such detail! I'm inspired to re-read How to Break Up With Your Phone, and to find ways to try timers and quiet time at our house!
Thank you for such wonderful wisdom for us moms. With lots of kiddos, it is good to be flexible but organized and create habits for them to help out Mom. Family is about teamwork. This creates good habits for kids and we moms are not overwhelmed with doing everything. Thanks for your mom's wisdom!
One of my favorite non-workout videos you've made! I'm encouraged by your intentionality and appreciate your high view of what kids are capable of. Baby #2 is coming any day now, so I look forward to implementing some of these tips to make sure our house still runs smoothly as our family grows!
Thanks so much for sharing such details of your daily life!! It seems like you have an amazing plan/schedule for operating your home with little ones! ❤ I also love schedules and making lists of things to get done. It definitely helps me stay on track and focused as a mom of almost 10! We constantly have a "to-do list" going on a dry erase board on the fridge that we can all see as a family and help accomplish together. I also have weekly household chores and laundry schedule for my kids on the fridge so they know what to expect and a reminder so they don't always have to ask me whose job/turn it is lol. I have older kids now, so this helps keep things running smoothly for us on a daily/weekly basis. Keep up the great work, Mama... you're inspirational for so many! 😘
This was so good. Thank you for making this! I can resonate with every single nugget of wisdom you shared. Today I utilized the timers and felt so much more present and there were so many less power struggles when I gave my kids time to transition. Everything you do is excellent! So thankful for you and thanks for helping me stay active during my third pregnancy! I've been so encouraged by your boldness in the LORD and to see you stewarding all that God's given you.
I downloaded your prenatal program around 11 weeks but due to fatigue and unusual uterine contractions I waited until yesterday to start at 13 & 6. I watched this while I waited and it blessed me beyond measure especially as a believer. I will probably watch this once a week until I figure out what I want to implement into our family culture unique to us. Thank you so much for sharing!🤎🤎🤎
Hi Tomi, it's Ashley. So glad you got past those difficult early weeks with scary uterine contractions (smart to just lay low during that time!) and WELCOME here now! Since you enjoyed this older one, this new vid will be right up your ally as you prayerfully consider what might work for your family's routines and life. ruclips.net/video/OCm-XzIfVUc/видео.html THANK YOU for choosing me to be your trainer and I promise to give you my best during your pregnancy and postpartum if you follow the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan like I do every time.

SO SO THANKFUL for you Ashley and your YES to make these videos and to have this channel! You are ACTIVATING and CATALYZING so many women into more of who they were made to be!
I benefited a lot from your workouts since four years ago during my first pregnancy. Now two kids later I found your weight loss and time management tips super helpful! Thank you for sharing these amazing contents
I would love to see short full body workouts anywhere between 5 to 20 min, especially diastisis recti friendly; simple and fast meal prep ideas; and “ a day in the life with kids” type of vlogs! Thank you ❤

oh gosh Heather, you are so kind! Thank you for sharing this because video editing can take me soooo long sometimes and words of affirmation like yours make it 100% worth it. Honored to meet you as a sister in Christ, too!
I needed this reminder, and some new ideas. This first trimester with number two is kicking my butt hard. So hard to move and be present. But I used the timer method (I have these cubes I was using before but seriously this 1st trimester just knocked me OUT), and well pushing myself to do it helped. I have not been super intentional with my friendships, but if I get some more energy back I would like to definitely try that out! God bless you and your family, great vid.
Such a great video - I'm going to be a first time mum in July and this has given me ideas and confidence I can have a balanced life with enough time and love for everyone! Thank you x
Thanks for this! Just started following you and love your workouts. I am also pregnant with my 4th (and our oldest is 4.5 years old). I am just starting a private practice as a Registered Dietitian and love seeing how you are combining your professional work and your crucial role as a mom. Another thing I would add is that podcasts are great while washing dishes or going for walks. Especially "Don't Mom Alone" and "Risen Motherhood"! I have a small group of moms that meet weekly for a zoom call to discuss.

Some really amazing ideas and comments. Answer to prayer for me! We’ve realized that having specific us only time to workout isn’t always possible but to include the kids. Just letting go of that expectation has been helpful. Love the ideas about timers and quiet time. Also so key to manage phone time - such a life and time stealer
thank you so much for posting this! the timer idea is great- 'how much' time I spend on certain activities has been a big challenge. Setting a timer to do something with my child is an excellent idea because then I can know I spent a deliberate amount and there is less guessing about if I should spend more or less. You're so welcome Rebecca! I'm just glad to hear it inspired you in a practical way, I am always still learning myself! It's so ridiculous that you have to do that disclaimer at the beginning. I love when people share, even if I don't agree with the way they do things. The beauty of individuality! Thanks for sharing! Totally agree with empowering your child to help around the house.
How did you sleep train your kids? I never did for my first, which was torture, and now that I'm on my second, i just don't think i can do it again. They don't fall asleep easily, terrible nappers, and wake every hour throughout the night. I still don't think i have it in me to let them cry, but i can barely function.
Thank you for this video! It’s wonderful. Any recommendations on how to get workouts in with infant who cries to be held all the time and do you recommend any good bible study books to read with children? My two year old would love something like bible study time
This is awesome! Do you have any tips for working moms who miss out on many of these teachable moments during the day? Thank you for sharing your helpful content!
You have my respect babe because I know it's a lot to juggle- I worked full time in the army and had full day daycare with Gavin until I got out. Sit down dinners are essential no matter how busy you are. Use drive time for devotions, answering random kid questions, and drawing questions out of them to get to know your child better and increase quality in your relationship. Play games on weekends/off days. Make a weekly tradition that's fun that works for your family's schedule. Just because you work full time does not decrease your UNIQUE ACCESS that you will forever have to your child and your ability to point them to the Lord.
I'm dropping a new one THIS WEEK! Same style- how I schedule my day as a SAHM business owner. I think you'll really enjoy it if you liked this one. What's your name so I can remember you?
Ashley! Hey, your two necklaces that you usually wear, do you swim and shower in them? Or do you usually take them off ? I want to find something I can leave on and it won’t become discolored :)
@@glowbodypt awesome!! Could I bug you to tell me the company names again or maybe send a link for both of those necklaces? I know you mentioned it in one of your videos, but I cannot recall which one it was :/
Any way you could make your audio louder? The sound effects at the end were normal, but the speaking is significantly quieter than other videos I access on RUclips. 4 kids are usually around when I play any of your videos & if anyone makes any sound I'm struggling to hear you on max volume. :\

Thank you for this video! It’s wonderful. Any recommendations on how to get workouts in with infant who cries to be held all the time and do you recommend any good bible study books to read with children? My two year old would love something like bible study time
I needed this ! Thank you Ashley
So many great ideas!! Thank you for sharing!
What vacuum do you use for littles. I have a little who wants to buy she can't manage my vacuum
I love this! So blessed by you ♡♡♡
This is awesome!
@@glowbodypt thank you so much for these great ideas and reminders!
Loved this kind of video!
I love this🎉🎉🎉
Amazingly helpful video
I'm dropping a new one THIS WEEK! Same style- how I schedule my day as a SAHM business owner. I think you'll really enjoy it if you liked this one. What's your name so I can remember you?
@@glowbodypt perfect, I will keep an eye out for it! I'm Rebecca 😊
Love this!
Ashley! Hey, your two necklaces that you usually wear, do you swim and shower in them? Or do you usually take them off ? I want to find something I can leave on and it won’t become discolored :)
Yes I wear them in the water and shower all the time with no issues -- but both companies tell you not to. : )
Strange... I'm not having this issue...
thanks for letting me know and I will do so!
Yes I also have that issue.
Where did you get that purse?!
Love it! Audio louder next time please
so glad!! I will. : )
This was slap ya mama good!!!!
hahaha : ) Thank you Amy, I hope if you like it you'll share with your motivated girlfriends.
@@glowbodypt already did, sis! 💁🏻♀️
