I did my part commenting on PS blog. Literally 90% of comments are people asking for VR. Wake up, Sony! This could have been a system seller, they blew it.
Yeah I was in those comments too, just about every one of them is about how ridiculous it is that Astro wasn’t shown with VR support. Let’s keep it up!

Excited for Behemoth & Alien in VR! Seems absolute madness they didn’t confirm Astrobot for PSVR2 that’s a huge missed opportunity! Hopefully Team Asobi see all the blog comments and release a VR patch after all… it’ll be amazing in flat but seriously this should have been hybrid!

Welp it was worth having faith for Astro bot coming to PS VR two if not then I just can’t help but think that Sony really doesn’t care they already let me down by not having rec room on psvr2
I didn’t realize I wasn’t subscribed. Well I am now. I’m super excited for Alien: Rogue Incursion as well as Behemoth. Not happy about Astro bot not being vr but I still like Astro bot and I’ll probably get the game anyway.
Seems to me psvr2 in for a great end of year already, arken age, aces of thunder , wanderer, zombie army, behemoth, alien, metro, max.mustard the wallet going to be light. Hopefully a showcase end of year with a few bangers too and will still pick astro up for the family and play on portal, happy times to be a ps gamer.
And greedy fuckers want Astrobot too and are moaning like hell. Absolutely ridiculous that they just want everything and feel entitled to it and want their own way all the time. Sadly that’s not the way of the world. To many dummys thrown everywhere!!!

@@Luis-rp2lmname me 3 upcoming meta exclusive games that are of AAA standard or even AA. All the above games will look best on psvr2 with adaptive triggers and dfr. If want spud versions pick up a quest

No Astrobot vr also no first party games shown and pc support is proof that Sony have given up on VR. Plus during the Astrobot gameplay it showed every ps peripheral except VR.
No astrobot on psvr 2 was a shocker as it was that feature that made it a great game in the 1st place on psvr! I understand why as not many people have psvr2 so sale wise that wouldn't have been profitable but at least make it a hybrid game like GT7 so the option is there for those that have psvr2 to experience it in a more immersive way!! Hopefully they may add it later like No nans sky did due to the size of the game not being able to have it straight away..fingers crossed..
Can’t believe Astrobot is not made for VR- the original is the reason I got into VR. So disappointed that Sony has no faith in the PSVR 2. Overall PSVR2 has been so disappointing for me. Where is Golf+ for the PSVR2?

I'm not bothered that the AstroBot V2 game is not PSVR2. BUT I am annoyed that the first game has not been made PSVR2 compatible considering that there is a PSVR1 version exists. How hard can it be to convert the one to the other ??? Other game developers manage to make the transition just fine.

Without VR, Astro Bot becomes just another platformer in a sea of platformers with nothing special to differentiate it. It's a sequel that's completely abandoning the audience that made it popular and reaching for another. And I kind of wonder why flat gamers should care about this sequel.
I actually kind of hope that it flops with its new audience so that it discourages companies from making similar decisions in the future.
I'm holding out a very faint slither of hope that they'll announce VR later before launch for Astro. But I appreciate it's a very faint one..

Im happy to see behemoth and alien.. but those were both games we onew already… not a peep about pc support… nothing new for vr… astro not being vr was devastating . Im so sad

The drama is justified, because the amount of laziness from Sony is just baffling. I didn't expect a PSVR2 exclusive Astrobot, but not even supporting the headset?! And to add insult to injury...Astrobot is a celebration of PS hardware and Sony has obviously pulled the plug on PSVR2 which will still appear it in Astrobot. Pathetic
