Colors are nice!! So far every video I’ve watch they colors pop.
I used it in the beginning but it does peel and crack if washed wrong I sold a couple shirts using this and had to do them over thanks for video I subbed immediately
You're right thats why its up to us to give our clients proper washing instructions. It will hold up for quite a few washes but it still feels horrible. Thanks for watching and subscribing 🙏🏾
Amazing. I have this paper too. Looks good.
This was a straight to the point video reason why I need to get the cameo 3 cutter. I was wondering how in the hell imma cut the background out of my images
So how did this brand hold up after washing? I didnt see a part 2
What material is that shirt? Does it work on 50/50 poly/cotton or 100% polyester also? Or is it just for cotton? Do you know?
Its 100% cotton. 3g opaque inkjet transfer only work on 100% cotton
Thanks! This video really helps a lot.
Good video bro!👍 can you put text print on a tshirt using inkjet printer as well?
Great video gully I'll be waiting to see you reveiew the neenah jet pro soft stretch for light garments
💯
Do you work with easy subli?
I'm excited to print my own shirts, and i'm nervous. Hope i don't mess up. I had questions and you vid helps a lot.
Thanks for watching. I still mess up its all apart of growing. You will do great🙏🏾
I using this heat transfer paper it wonderful.
I HAVE BEEN DOING SHIRTS FOR A LONG TIME BUT JUST BOUGHT A CUTTER SO THAT I CAN CUT MY OWN ARTWORK LIKE YOU SHOW HEAR...BUT I NEED A STEP BY STEP VIDEO FOR CUTTING. WHAT WAS THAT UNDER YOUR ART WORK TO BACK IT UP WHILE GOING THROUGH THE PRINTER???
Only thing i placed it on was a cut mat to contour cut it through my silhouette cameo
Have you tried on a white shirt ? I like the quality of the dark transfer paper. the whites is tricky to peel off without missing some ink
Hey man what vynil cutter are you using I notice that your cutter let’s you larger cuts than the cricut air 2.
I use a Silhouette Cameo 3
How large of paper cuts can you do?
I use that paper but it has this newspaper texture once pressed. What has been the best brand in the market ?
Supacolor on Instagram. Dtf and now direct to vinyl. I personally prefer Supacolor
Great video gully are you still using this paper for images
Thanks bro. For full color images i use digital cad print tranfers from Transfer Express. They feel good on the garment and they last
Why did you use cardstock as your cut setting? Was it for a deeper cut?
The cardstock setting cuts the transfer just right. Its a little thicker so it requires a deeper cut setting
Gully Visionaries thank you. That’s good to know.
There is a cut setting for dark heat transfers. Works perfectly, makes it really easy to get off the backing
Then what kind of paper would you recomend to start if you dont have the budget to buy the actual machines for to do so.? Please ive spent 1000 dollars in materias to start my own clothing line but i cant find a paper thats good enough to start my t shirt company.
Screen printed transfers are great. Topps transfers and 613 originals does them and also you can use vinyl. Or you can take the sublimation route
What about the cutter? Wherw can i get that cutter im gonna be using this paper and the one you recomended. And i really need a cutter like the one you have. Thanks
I have a silhouette cameo 3 that i bought from Amazon but they recently came out with the silhouette cameo 4
Did it cut all the way through
Nice video, I have the same printer and paper, I'm curious as to why do you use the Glossy Photo Paper instead of the matte? is there a difference on the final product?
Thanks. To be honest i have used matte. I might try that out
How many times can that cut mat be used.....Great video and thank you for taking your time to make this video
As long as you take care of it, keep it covered with the sheet it comes with and use the right cut settings it lasts a while. Thanks for watching 🙏🏾
@@GullyVisionaries Once again thank you and thank you for responding
Is there a good one for a clothing line or are they all to cheap ? Is sublimation just the way to go ?
Check out @Supacolorusa on Instagram. I also have a video on those
@@GullyVisionaries thank you for responding
Thanks for the info... is the printer still holding up ??
Yessir. Im still using it. Its definitely a work horse
Where did you buy your heat press machine at?
Amazon. I have a direct link in the description
Ok so for the light colored shirts what does mirroring do for them and not the dark color shirts. Can u please explain?
Light transfers have to be mirrored because when pressed, its pressed with the backing still on it. The color transfers has to have the backing peeled off before pressing. So one is flipped design down on to the shirt the other will have the design facing you while placed on top of the shirt.
Gully Visionaries ok thank you. I didn’t know u removed the backing for the dark and the light u kept it on. Appreciate the info. Just received my paper so I’m excited to try it out.
@@tracybuford9243 i would love to see the results. Join my Facebook group (Print Lyfe Visionaries)
What kind of cutter did you use to cut the pic??
Silhouette cameo 3
Thanks !
Do you recommend any certain type of inkjet transfer paper?
X2
X2
If you want to start a clothing label line, screenprints the go
this is completely false, "start" a clothing line no. screen print is not for a beginning clothing line, do some research
My printer setting is photo glossy but on the actual printer when you use the touch screen it’s on plain paper what should I put it on? Glossy?
Matte
Gully Visionaries thank you so much. Do you know any good transfer paper this paper is really hard! I thought I was doing something wrong? If you have a video I’ll even watch it
what kind of ink can I use for this?
How make wash does it needs before image fades?
Maybe 30+ washes. Could be more but i only use them for examples of what the particular shirt looks like.
How was it after you washed couple times?
Video coming soon. This shirt has been washed constantly since this video was made. It looks good no peeling or cracking (yet) but the feel of it is horrible
Feels horrible? Plastic feel?
Subbed. Can we get that part 2 or did u do it already? Thanks.
Its coming just been really busy. Thanks for watching and subscribing
You print with regular ink or with sublimation ink?
Inkjet printer ink
Can I use that same printer that U have with a sublimation ink, becausethat the same printer I have
@@clemesejack710 no. For sublimation and a cheaper option other than the Sawgrass. you will need the epson workforce 7710 or 7720.
Does it curl up with the heat? Because it does with me
Yes it does. I try to put the parchment paper over it and press immediately. It helps to keep it from curling up so quick
What is the name of that automatic cutter? Where can I find one?
Its a Silhouette cameo 3. I have a link in the description of where i got mine. But i gotta tell you that they are coming out with the Cameo 4. Only thing i know about that is that it will be 18-32 inches. Mine is a 12in cutter
Sorry 15in but it cuts 12x12 to 12x24
Are you using your printer with sublimation inks?
No just epson inkjet ink
@@GullyVisionaries thank u
@@GullyVisionaries couldn't that be the problem of the feeling of it by not using sublimation ink?
@@GullyVisionaries is it pigments based inks or normal inkjet ink
Sir. Which papper is used here
Neenah 3g opaque inkjet transfer paper
Nice video
Bro that design is sick !! Was it a custom creation ?
Thank you and yes it is
What editing software is good to use for designs like that ? I just started out in this T-shirts game . I am using Microsoftword and Cricut design space
@@jtyson8928 this was made in photoshop
Oh okay , I don’t know how to use that photo shop. I appreciate you responding back and giving me the answers on it . Thanks a lot .
What happens if I only use parshment paper?
Don't do it,it burns the image 😫
Luis G is Teflon paper ok?
Just bought cricut air 2
Lmk how you like it. I have the silhouette cameo 3
What happens after washing?
It holds up. No fading or chipping for quite a few washes
HI, where can I find part 2?
Lol to be honest i procrastinated so long i never made it
@@GullyVisionaries oh, I understand. Dou you know if it is staying on after washing?
@@cristinaionelaferu106 most definitely it has survived well over 35-40 washes
@@GullyVisionaries Thanks for answering, which one do you think is the best after your experiences? Which one last the most?
If the transfer paper is opaque why do you have to cut the design out? Won’t it be transparent aside from the design ?
Opaque just means it shows great on dark colors. If i do cut certain designs there would be unnecessary excess of white transfer that i dont need
Great video 💪🏾💪🏾 How did the wash test turn out? @TheSummerIsNow 💪🏾💪🏾
The shirt came out great and still looks new. I will have a video on it soon. Thanks for watching
@@GullyVisionaries Word up! 💪🏾💪🏾 I just subscribed 💪🏾💪🏾 I'll watch as soon as its uploaded @TheSummerIsNow
Salute Gully... i see you bruh
Thanks Bro🙏🏾
I agree with you it too thick I CARE LESS FOR IT
Pigment ink?
Yes. The carts i use for this printer is epson 288xl and it contains pigment ink
Do you print everyday to avoid clogging? Thanks for the reply
@@rogerlopez9375 sometimes i will go a week without using it and have had no issues
It has a real papery feel to it. Not happy with the feel.
