This is something that is needed and should have been done sooner.
We created a teaching network called LifeCare Community Network that is used for mental health, addiction, and jail ministry.

Being in ministry for just over 40 years, this certainly is needed. Thank you! Self-care is so difficult as a clergy person AND female. And thank you for not excluding women.

I WOULD LIKE TO POINT TO ONE EXTREMELY POWERFUL SCRIPTURE THAT I BELIEVE WAS INTENTIONALLY LEFT OUT BECAUSE IT IS SO INCREDIBLY OBVIOUS > 🤪
    NOTE:
In the same way I was led to this presentation = By The Holy Spirit; I was led to this Scripture and the others too!
    1 Peter 4:11 AMP
Whoever speaks [to the congregation], is to do so as one who speaks the oracles (utterances, the very words) of God. Whoever serves [the congregation] is to do so as one who serves by the strength which God [abundantly] supplies, so that in all things God may be glorified [honored and magnified] through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
WHOSE STRENGTH ARE THESE PASTOR'S SUPPOSE TO SERVE IN?
It is the only way that Our God gets all the glory for whatever they do!
    As if you didn't know > 🤪
    ADDING SOME OTHER OBVIOUS SCRIPTURES:
    Proverbs 8:13 AMP
"The [reverent] fear and worshipful awe of the LORD includes the hatred of evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way, And the perverted mouth, I hate.
    1 Corinthians 16:13-14 AMP
[13] Be on guard; stand firm in your faith [in God, respecting His precepts and keeping your doctrine sound]. Act like [mature] men and be courageous; be strong. [14] Let everything you do be done in love [motivated and inspired by God's love for us].
LOOK CLOSELY AT VERSE 25 ( Wrong Motives & Wrong Attitudes)
    Colossians 3:23-25 AMP
[23] Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men, [24] knowing [with all certainty] that it is from the Lord [not from men] that you will receive the inheritance which is your [greatest] reward. It is the Lord Christ whom you [actually] serve. [25] For he who does wrong will be punished for his wrongdoing, and [with God] there is no partiality [no special treatment based on a person's position in life].
LOOK AT VERSE 11 (God; Our Father wants us to grow up)!
    1 Corinthians 13:4-11 AMP
[4] Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. [5] It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered]; it does not take into account a wrong endured. [6] It does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail]. [7] Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each one], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things [without weakening]. [8] Love never fails [it never fades nor ends]. But as for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for the gift of special knowledge, it will pass away. [9] For we know in part, and we prophesy in part [for our knowledge is fragmentary and incomplete]. [10] But when that which is complete and perfect comes, that which is incomplete and partial will pass away. [11] When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things.

How are pastors working 50-75 hours a week. Like how seriously, you have to work on your sermons but what else are they doing, maybe taking some meetings bit how do they work 50 hours?? You only work 1-3 hours on sunday
