John Bevere and his family are Cheng my spiritual life. I read: the bet of Satan, potential, fear of God, honor, awe of God, when I walk in these books God reached my needs. I really appreciate the man of God for the knowledge he has shared with us. 10:52

The Lord placed a calling on our family a couple of years ago, a family calling for ministry that we are still trying to figure out. The Lord pressed on my heart and continues to do so is focusing on our family first and getting that right and then the ministry will come. What a great reminder for me, especially with needing to focus on our marriage. I have been telling my kids how can you be Jesus to the world if you can’t be Jesus to each other. I am convicted to put that on me as I am supposed to be Jesus to my wife, to love her as Christ loves the church. So powerful!

This is the problem with Christianity a all knowing God wouldn't need to come experience life as a human he'd already know that's literally what all knowing means. Also if a god is all powerful he doesn't require anything like a sacrifice in order to forgive sin. He could just do it by snapping his finger

Jesus came and lived life so that WE could see his human side So that WE could relate to him knowing he grew up as we did, knowing he had the same temptations as us Jesus coming to live as we did was for OUR benefit!

That was so good. My wife and I had our first child/son who was still born at the beginning of our marriage over 18 years ago. It didn’t make sense at that time but when we found out he was gone and held each other and cried in the hospital room, I was saying in my heart to the Lord thank you. That was the hardest thing we went through, but out of that brought the strongest of marriages, 3 children (one who we adopted out of foster care who happened to have the same first and middle name as our son who is with the Lord), a family calling and he continues to prepare me to step into a pastoring role. God is sooo good!

Very encouraging! The Lord has placed a call on my life as a pastor and my family into Jewish ministries. This happened only two years ago and we are still not sure what it will actually look like. This is encouraging in so many ways. Love seeing father and son working together. Love this about the youth as I believe our calling is to young people but will include everyone. Love seeing the humility, fear of God in pastors and whatever pastoring looks like for me I can stay anchored in humility deeply rooted in the fear of God. Finishing up the Awe of God book and it so amazing and life changing. Love all you guys do, keep it up!

I WOULD LIKE TO POINT TO ONE EXTREMELY POWERFUL SCRIPTURE THAT I BELIEVE WAS INTENTIONALLY LEFT OUT BECAUSE IT IS SO INCREDIBLY OBVIOUS > 🤪 NOTE: In the same way I was led to this presentation = By The Holy Spirit; I was led to this Scripture and the others too! 1 Peter 4:11 AMP Whoever speaks [to the congregation], is to do so as one who speaks the oracles (utterances, the very words) of God. Whoever serves [the congregation] is to do so as one who serves by the strength which God [abundantly] supplies, so that in all things God may be glorified [honored and magnified] through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. WHOSE STRENGTH ARE THESE PASTOR'S SUPPOSE TO SERVE IN? It is the only way that Our God gets all the glory for whatever they do! As if you didn't know > 🤪 ADDING SOME OTHER OBVIOUS SCRIPTURES: Proverbs 8:13 AMP "The [reverent] fear and worshipful awe of the LORD includes the hatred of evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way, And the perverted mouth, I hate. 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 AMP [13] Be on guard; stand firm in your faith [in God, respecting His precepts and keeping your doctrine sound]. Act like [mature] men and be courageous; be strong. [14] Let everything you do be done in love [motivated and inspired by God's love for us]. LOOK CLOSELY AT VERSE 25 ( Wrong Motives & Wrong Attitudes) Colossians 3:23-25 AMP [23] Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men, [24] knowing [with all certainty] that it is from the Lord [not from men] that you will receive the inheritance which is your [greatest] reward. It is the Lord Christ whom you [actually] serve. [25] For he who does wrong will be punished for his wrongdoing, and [with God] there is no partiality [no special treatment based on a person's position in life]. LOOK AT VERSE 11 (God; Our Father wants us to grow up)! 1 Corinthians 13:4-11 AMP [4] Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. [5] It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered]; it does not take into account a wrong endured. [6] It does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail]. [7] Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each one], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things [without weakening]. [8] Love never fails [it never fades nor ends]. But as for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for the gift of special knowledge, it will pass away. [9] For we know in part, and we prophesy in part [for our knowledge is fragmentary and incomplete]. [10] But when that which is complete and perfect comes, that which is incomplete and partial will pass away. [11] When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things.

I don't understand this fear of the Lord thing. God should be your best friend -- we're not afraid of our best friends. Live to his word, when you misstep, repent and make an effort to not repeat. Share his love with the world, because he loves us. If God punishes you with a negative outcome, learn from it, because he's trying to teach you. Fear is not the motivator. Love is. Fear is probably why people are pushed away from the Lord. They don't understand that he loves his creations. I don't think doing anything out of fear has merit. If you're afraid of the consequence of wrong doing, and that's the only reason you don't do wrong; that's the wrong reason and so that action is still wrong. You should be filled with love, and your actions should be on behalf of the love God gave you, not the fear of God's consequence. Fear is a motivator, but you shouldn't need fear to do the right thing. You should want to do the right thing, because you love your neighbor. Fear is to Hatred as Love is to Attraction. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to evil. Love leads to happiness, happiness leads to attraction, attraction leads to good deeds. Do for heart; do the right thing, even if it hurts you. Be selfless and you will be taken care of. Be selfish, and nobody is there when you're in need. Nothing at all to be afraid of.

I have heard it said from a great Bible teacher of mine about those who claim to be from God and that is "you weren't sent you just went". Many pastors have not been called by God to lead his flock so why are you surprised that many have walked away? A bible college degree doesn’t call you to the ministry of God that isn’t scriptural and Jesus never did it that way. Jesus calls overcomers to the ministry and to be elders so if you haven't become an overcomer in life in all areas you aren't fit to lead God's people and frankly you are part of the problem today in the church. So yes you went to minister to God's people but you weren't sent by God to minister and as a result you got burnt out and you were a statistic of those not called by God.

Could it be that the system is fractured and that although well intentioned these people who stepped into the position of a pastoral role get burned out because for many denominations, a pastoral position is equated to the Popes hierarchal position. (He’s the “top leader”) Since when was a pastor supposed to be exalted above the other gift ministries? Why is it that most of the time the pastor takes the brunt of the responsibility to teach and yet one of the gift ministries is a teacher for example

Churches are closing because they cannot afford their pastors. People keep putting $5 in the offering plates and don't know what a tithe is and don't wish to give earnestly to God. Pastors often promote social programs that create inner city systems with high cost of living, high rent, high inflation, high taxation.... and now they are reaping the reward of using the government to force people to give to social programs they perceive as righteous.

It could also be the internet. As we gain connections with others around the world and see how they all have the same kind of connection with their own religions, hundreds and hundreds of them, we realized that maybe humans made this all up out of fear of the massive unknown and our innate desire to make sense of it all. So believe or else? Sounds like a plausible solution, I say go for it!

I am one of those Americans. And I can tell you that the main reason I have stepped away from the Christian religion is because of the hypocrisy and hatred I saw coming out of the evangelical community. You see I had a gift for understanding the Bible as a child that would surpass many of the adults around me. I would say that most Christians are a bit self-righteous and . should probably focus on the board thats sticking out of their eye. It is not our purpose to judge, it is our purpose to be a shining light to the world, to love our neighbors as our self and do their good teens in the dark. Many Christians have completely lost their humility and much of their empathy. The last straw for me was coming out of a sermon about how we are to love everyone unconditionally and walking into a conversation where the pastors and Deacon's wives were gleefully chattering about how "all homosexuals and all Muslims are going to help and isn't it wonderful?" You can acknowledge the sin of another but it is not your place to condemn them, that is for God to do. We should not be happily praying for the downfall of another, you should be praying that their soul will be saved. I know this does not apply to all Christians but it does apply to most I belive.

Yes an No!!! Though certain so called "Christian's" that acknowledges others sins and feed off their impurity with self dignity and self humility when it's themselves own self that's blind with the Lord. So when it comes to people like this it's Satan that has the church doing what it's going through now and it's main reason this is because when most are taught about the bible and christ with church are not taught the correct view and way of the lord by having followers be more fearful to Satan than Yeshua Hamashiach is why you must distance yourself from the church but not the lord so continue to keep your strength with Yeshua and strengthen your heart with God by following the teachings of Jesus Christ and live in his footsteps

Exactly. And many of them think they’re righteous & perfect because they follow a Church instead of being humble & with humility that we are all sinners it matters not who you are, if you’re human, you sin. They’re arrogant and are the reason so many have ran away from Christ. Because they claim to be Christian & if that means being an entitled prick then I want no parts of that…..luckily I found Christ after decades of leaving the church & realizing the church is no longer a representation of Christ. It’s best to build a private relationship with him not the church
