Today, I want to take you on a journey through a typical day in the life of a highly sensitive person, or HSP, like myself, thriving on slow living in the urban jungle.
For us HSPs, the world can be a symphony of sensations.
Crowds can feel overwhelming, strong smells can be distracting, and even the flickering of fluorescent lights can be draining.
But that doesn't mean we can't thrive in an urban environment!
We just have to find our own rhythm, a slower, more intentional way of navigating the city.

And I thought I was the only person who wiped off my groceries before putting them away! Thank you…I am not alone! I also don’t wear my outside shoes in the house…but I’m uncomfortable with asking guests to remove theirs! So, other than family, who puts up with my quirks, I don’t invite company over, but prefer to meet with friends at restaurants, etc. I am not a HSP, but now I can tell that my husband is…I never realized this before! Thank you for sharing this video! Things are making sense now! 😊
I only know another person who wipes the groceries, and that's my mom, hahaha! I can relate to that. It's hard for me to tell guests to remove their shoes. I wish everyone did it without being asked.
