Yes, indeed! I think there’s a sweet spot where you charge enough to put some people off but not so much that they think they can do whatever they want! Also helps if you can meet them and explain that it’s your home 🏠.

Not at all! You can just start! If you have a job already, that's income stream number 1. Then just do anything else to start earning money and there's number 2 😀. What could you do that somebody would pay you? Sell things on facebook marketplace?
