  • My last race before the big A-race in Sweden at Ironman Kalmar took me to HEVER CASTLE in the UK country side of KENT. One of the toughest Middle Distance Races I've competed so far, Hever Castle Triathlon, the bastion, also hosted the British Middle Distance Championships.

Very cool race! I've never done an OWS without wetsuit, but it looks like that'll be the case for my next tri. It's been very warm here for a while now, hopefully it gets cooler for when Ironman comes around.

It was my first ever non-wetsuit OWS - hadn't even tried it out in training - so I was pleased just to survive!
