      Thanks! I have givin thought to trying it. The only way i could figure is makeing a solid piece that would have to be hollowed out. May prove to be tricky. Ive made up my mind my next project will be a batcave in close scale to the batmobile.

      Thank you! The thought of it is scarier than it really is. I have actually modified it twice...my first time i chopped it down but left the front the same swept back angle...i hated it and it just didnt look right so with alot of care i cut out the windows completely.and 2/3rds of the top. Then useing bondo i built it up and gave it the proper front angle. Then i had to go back and make new windows. Sounds complicated but really wasnt to bad. The worst part is in sanding lol. Thanks! I thought forever about how to do it. I was going to atempt a mechanism with some kind of spring loaded feature but decided it would be extremly hard. Then i had built a slide tube that went up and down but didnt look quite right So i studied the hot toys and made the same king of hinge the did. To make it work right the arms have to go back and under. The gigantic stock turbine just annoyed me so much i couldnt leave it lol.

      leveled-up one after the other. amazing stuff to both of you. Also, how did you guys cut away the trap door for the machine guns? I used a dremmel rotary saw, but there's no way I could make the cuts that thin without destroying the trap door.

    How did you do the two jokers and the catwoman awesome

    • @charlesalexanderjr2247
      @charlesalexanderjr2247  9 месяцев назад +1

      For catwoman,i used a mcfarlane knightfall catwoman as a base. I sculpted the corset and redid the head,ears.for the museum joker i used a dc multiverse joker body. I custom scuplted the head and hat and gave the makeup running paint job.for the traditional suit joker i used a mcfarlane three jokers the comedian body. I sculpted a new shirt and scarf and repainted.i also had to shorten the legs a bit.i cut him just below the knee and took out a 1/4 inch of shin and resculpted the pants wrinkles to match.

    Were did you get the guns and how did you build the retractable mechanism

    • @charlesalexanderjr2247
      @charlesalexanderjr2247  9 месяцев назад

      I dug out and old mcfarlane trrminator 3 t-800 figure i had from 2003.the one that came with a coffin he carrys.i remembered he came with a browning 1919. It was perfect. I just had to remove the handle and round ammo feed. I only had one so i had to make a mold of it and casta few in resin. For the mechanism to raise and lower, with the car disasembled i had to remove the screw post in the middle to make room for the box that holds the machine gun.(getting rid of the 2 center screw post has no affect on the car holding together) i looked at how hot toys had made theres. It was simple but worked great. Old amt models had the little machine guns on a scissor looking mount....this isnt accurate at all. I had to build little tiny brackets to go on the guns and made arms that extended back into the car. .took a bit of trial and error to figure out the right angle,proportion to allow it to raise just enough and still retract right.

    Amazing job Charles that’s sweet. Where can I get a set of those guns I can’t seem too find any like yours . There’s a guy who customized Batman stuff and offers to sell what he makes but he’s unreliable and slow doesn’t redponce to messages until a week later.

    • @charlesalexanderjr2247

      Thanks man! The real gun is a browning 1919.... i remembered that i had a mcfarlane terminator 3 arnold( the one where hes carrying the coffin on his shoulder) he came with a browning 1919. I dug it out and it was perfect. The only problem was i only had one.so i made a mold of it and it came out great.to mount them in i loomed closely at hot toys and made mine similar so they would be self contained and not have to plug on

    Looks excellent man! Very well done😁 How did you do the canopy?

    • @charlesalexanderjr2247
      @charlesalexanderjr2247  Год назад +1

      Thanks! I started by cutting the windows completly out. They had to go to be able to fix the angle of the front to not be swept back. Then i chopped a chunk out of the top front and built it all up with bondo. And slowly sanded and dremeled the windows. I had to make a new channel on the inside to allow for placement of the new windows i made
