I haven’t had my baby yet. He is due next month but I’m doing all the research I can so that I’m more prepared. Thank you for all your great videos you are much appreciated ! 😊
So I had an accidental unassisted home water birth 😅 Here's my Story ☺️ 4:30 am on October 6th I had some mild contractions that were starting to get a little more regular so I drew myself a bath and labored quietly as to not wake my fiance, 5:55am I had a sudden sharp painful contraction to which I moaned in pain waking my fiance he came into the bathroom and rubbed my back until it was over I then told him to call our neighbor to give us a ride to the hospital (our car is having some issues starting and staying running we r fixing it) He stepped out to get dressed then called our neighbor who lives about 2 minutes away, I climbed out of the tub and sat on the toilet to start to get dressed when another painful strong contraction hit me I stood up so I wouldn't be more uncomfortable sitting on a hard toilet and my water broke at exactly 6:11am, I laughed and waited a minute for it to stop gushing then practically ran to the front door that's clear across the house 😅 swung it open in my naked glory and told my fiance "my water just broke" I then slammed the door shut and made it halfway through the house when he came rushing after me (I accidentally slammed the door in his face not realizing he was trying to follow me 😅) I then told him to call the medics cause this baby wasn't waiting I no sooner got back in the tub and was having another huge contraction he came sliding into the bathroom on his knees stopping right next to the tub as he was dialling 911 and he froze when they answered at 6:13am, so I yelled (I'm in labor my water just broke) and said the address completely backwards he snapped out of his shocked state and corrected the address he turned looking around to make sure he was crushing anything I had next to the tub for my comfort, 2 pushes and she was out at 6:15am I pulled her up out of the water cleared her airway she started crying right away and was a perfect pink color the dispatch lady was shocked and was frantically looking threw her book thingy to tell my fiance what to do 🤣 I told him to listen to me and grab my towel so he did I dunked it in the water held her to my chest and wrapped us both up in it and two minutes later the medics were at my front door. They cleared both of us said we were both healthy and stable they then too us to the hospital where we stayed for 24 hours of observation and for her to get all the necessary tests done then we went home the next morning ♥️ Day five of postpartum 🥳 feeling great been up and moving since she was four hours old!
I think a faster labour results in faster recovery too. I gave birth 3 days ago, 4 hour labour, had about 4 pushing contractions, also homebirth, midwife barely made it. She came in and caught the baby. Anyways, its been 3 days, and the bleeding is down to a trickle, I can walk, bend, jump, everything is so easy compared to my first 15 hour labour and recovery which took atleast 2 solid weeks. You have an incredible story!
Being a Muslim woman, we use water every time we use the toilet it keeps u hygiene, n keeps all the nasties away.. So try it daily it's v good n hygienic..
I’m so grateful I found your channel. I had my baby 4 weeks ago and I’m dealing with postpartum. I feel ashamed to even admit it but I made an appointment with my doctor because of your video. Thank you!!

I had my baby a week ago and I had a C section. I also had severe preeclampsia and had to get readmitted to treat it. My baby was in the NICU at the same time I was readmitted. It was rough not seeing my baby girl for 2 days. Today I’m doing better. The pain is still there but I’m learning how to rest and take care of myself and my baby girl. These healing tips are so helpful and I appreciate you taking the time to teach them. ❤
2 weeks C-section post partum. Thank you Diana, i was following your video through to my 37th week when I had my emergency CS. Pain decreasing but pain is pain. I am happy kissing my baby boy every minute, i can't get my eyes off him
Mary Mary, I had mine on 21 September. Labour started , mucus plug and blood from my nose. Even though I was scheduled for 39 weeks, he came 37w2d were weighing 3.4 kgs; my third C-section.
I'm currently almost 28 weeks pregnant with my first and I'm so excited but also scared of giving birth and recovery after 😩but I'm really excited to meeting my baby🥺🥺❤️ Thank you for this video! It was very insightful 🥰
I just had my baby girl on September 25th (edited made a typo on the date) and it was the best labor and delivery I could imagine. The contractions felt like strong menstrual cramps (probably had a lot to do with being induced with pictocin due to advanced maternal age) , I pushed her out with 2 quick pushes. I had no tearing either!! My recovery has been going great because after 2 days in hospital, I was out walking and getting some sun. Just want to mention all your pregnancy updates really helped me get through the process.
Hi Diana, just to let you know I’ve been following your incredibly helpful videos since the beginning of my pregnancy and this week I got my beautiful healthy baby girl through CS at week 38 who was in breech position.Thank you for walking with us through this amazing journey.God bless you and best wishes to all moms and expecting ones ❤️🙏🏾❤️

I had my baby 11 weeks ago via c section and ended up having postpartum pre-eclampsia and also pulmonary edema after leaving the hospital. It was so scary. Don't ignore shortness of breath! Your videos are so informative! Thank you
I just had my baby at 41 weeks after 2 days of intense labour. Unfortunately i ended up having Post Partum Hemorrhage and I almost collapsed in the delivery room. Healing has been rough especially with a newborn since I got internal and external tears. So glad to have my mum around to help. Sorry about your experience

Breastfeeding has been more difficult then pushing the baby out. My baby is 26 days now, I got help at the hospital and at home but I had to wait for my nipples to get used to the new condition.
I'm two weeks two days postpartum. My baby is wonderful. I'm getting enough sleep only because my husband is such a great help and I sleep most of the day, I've barely been able to do anything other than breastfeed and sleep. I am getting to a point where I can be awake in the late afternoon to early evening for a few hours without nursing, which is nice. I made dinner on Saturday! My biggest issue was weakness. Could partially be due to being somewhat anemic, and sleep deprivation. I've been feeling better the last few days. I've had very light bleeding, and have been wearing period underwear since like four days postpartum, and I love it, so much better than pads or diapers. It's easy for me to have enough since we are using cloth diapers, so doing that laundry frequently anyway.
I'm 37 weeks and 6 years out of the baby game so I'm absorbing all that I can to make things a little easier before my little one arrives. Thank you for your content.
I hated the mesh undies. No support and pads would just crumple up inside. Take always depends to the hospital and to have at home too I also recommend leaning forward to pee after birth so the stream avoids that area. Then spray with the Peri bottle to make clean up easier. Pat dry with tp and spray with earth mama healing spray. 👌🏽🤗

Hi, thank you for your videos. Can you discuss which best forms of birth control to take after giving birth that will not impact breastfeeding . I plan to breastfeed, but want to get back on birth control after I deliver. I’m due with my first baby in 4 weeks
Thank you Diana,i had c section 3 weeks ago I fallow you since 26 .I went to labor every thing was normal but last minute my baby boy decided to flip to we went c section unfortunately. The recovery was great at first day started walking in my room my husband helped me during 2 weeks know I’m feeling very good

The mesh underwear were great and the peri water bottle I still use a month later love it. I have to take iron pills now but they gave colace too which was helpful
Thank you Diana ♥️💝 appreciate your videos. I've watched them when I was pregnant with my first daughter and then with my second. She was born on 3rd May 23 (11days postpartum now) .. Thank you so much.
I gave a natural birth and literally bled for 6 months straight, they said it's normal when I was around 4 months because I'm breastfeeding but once I told her around 6 months she said I need to be seen by a doctor and it started regulating around 7 months but I wasn't able to get a visit in time before it started regulating.. I can sleep all night and all day sometimes.. I would like to talk to my husband about it but he's been working long days almost everyday and sometimes when I talk to him about it he doesn't understand what I'm going through.. during the beginning of my second trimester I started having hallucinations they don't happen often but it happened a few times throughout my pregnancy.. Some days I'll shake internally I feel super weak I can't even carry my daughter sometime..
My 1st daughter..hard sleeper..second baby..surprised me ..she slept til 5 months when she started wanted to be close near to me ALLL THE TIME. So , sleeping ALONE was my biggest issue. And the after birth was horrible.
Yeah, but it costs people in the US tens of thousands of dollars to give birth at a hospital. It can cost upwards of $30k for a normal, easy vaginal birth, and way more if any complications or a c section is needed.
I'm close! Trying so hard to do a VBAC but not allowed to be induced or to go beyond my due date so if I don't go into labor I will have a csection on my due date. I really hated my emergency c section. It was traumatizing.
I have stitches but the wire isn't melting Instead is loosing while healing down there Have talked to my ob He said it will melt Now am confused about everything
I’m 8 weeks pp and at my 6 week check up my ob said I had a bladder prolapse. My mind and self hasnt felt the same since because It feels like an important part of my body is not the same anymore… why does this happen to some women? I’ve worked out for years as well leading up to my pregnancy. What would you recommend other than kegels? Is there hope that it would go back to normal?
Am 36weeks and it seems my baby won't wait till 38weeks cos my appointment with my doctor yesterday says am 2cm dilated and my cervix is open but my pelvic is tight...what do i do
Finally my baby(boy)is here, had a C-section. But the problem here is that am really slimming down and I don’t like it🥺🥺🥺🥺Honestly breastfeeding 🤱 is a very hard one.
@@DianaInThePink Thank You so much, all your lessons was really helpful. God bless you. Will be waiting for your next video about breastfeeding 🤱🥺☹️it’s really eating me up.
Hey Diana I am due in December last. Can You please suggest when should I get done my 4D ultrasound and it is safe for baby ?? What is good time to see the baby in scan. Thankyou.💗
My baby is still breech at 35 weeks and although I am scared to get a c section, I don't know how I really feel about going into the hospital to try to reposition the baby with epidural and all. Any insight on if it's really worth it????
I’m 3 days post my due date. Moreover due to covid cases, we are under lockdown and the hospital has advised me to visit only at41 weeks. Will there be any problem for prolonged pregnancy?
Currently on week 3 postpartum. We got this ladies 🤱👩🍼
