This is why I appreciate this show. Steve’s Analysis on these receivers are always spot on and it puts a spotlight on players that should get more recognition just because they went to a smaller school.

His 40 Time is irrelevant when his 10 yard split is elite. All good receivers need to have speed control. You can't just go 100% all the time and win. This guy has the footwork, and uses that 10 yard burst to get open.

When he played against them, he burned their DBs. So glad he has a chance, which he will be a starter trust me. Kid is special. A little context for his RAS score:
    6'1 208 lbs.
    40-Yard: 4.57 (No. 28)
    10-Yard Split: 1.52 (No. 4)
    Vertical: 42.5" (No. 1)
    Broad: 10' 8" (No. 9)
His 40 might not have impressed but he is most definitely fast, and he's the highest jumper in the class.

Totally get it 👍 but AB ran a 4.48, not a 4.57, however not being hyperbolic, he is eerily similar to AB coming out of college but far more athletic. The only reason he has gone undrafted was cause of the competition. He'll start in the slot for the first year or two of his career and then take over at wide receiver two or one for the future. I wouldn't be surprised if he replaced Adam thielen this year. Crazy talented!.

Practice Squad? The scouts missed on this one. Everyone but Steve! Help me understand who on that Team can check all of these boxes? An NFL team would benefit greatly from a wide receiver with excellent Hands, near-perfect route running, a 42-inch vertical leap, and a 1.52-second 10-yard split in the red zone, as these traits allow him to create separation, win jump balls, and accelerate quickly, making him a versatile and reliable scoring threat.

I wouldn't be surprised if he beats out Adam thielen this year in the slot. If he does, I'd give it 1-2 years and he would be wide receiver 1 or 2. Could be one of the steals of the decade. Super intelligent, good size and as Smitty says route running perfectionist. It was only the level of competition was the reason why he wasn't drafted.
