I've never had Rogan Josh. Is that the one that is 2 colours? My brother likes lamb or chicken Rogan Josh, but I don't eat meat from takeaways and my local Indian doesn't do many mushroom curries. I normally have mushroom pilau with a couple of spoonfuls of madras sauce, mix it all together and make a kinda burrito with a garlic naan 😂 I do enjoy onion bhajis too. I've never had authentic Indian food, it's only ever been from a takeaway.

for me, food thats common at "american" restaurants or pubs. i consider top american foods to be burgers, chicken tenders, pizza and wings. but thats just my opinion hahah
