I've been living in the US for more than 30 yrs, and I've been trying to explain to my wife about the difference between would and could. I've been using tons of every day examples, of course. This video clip is a very good. Simple and effective to explain the difference. I particularly like you mentioned about don’t worry too much about the grammar even though wrongly used. I agree the attitude is more important.

個人經驗 喺平時做嘢嘅時候啲上司一般都係用can/could you go on xxx而唔會用would 好記得細個時學英文嘅時候老師强調過would係用嚟問意願 而could就係問能唔能夠去做某件事 講到nitpick 係得香港人先會經常去nitpick人哋啲英文 🤷♂ 我見啲外國人甚至係印度人佢哋只要明白你講乜就得 根本完全唔會care同nitpick你講錯佐啲語法或者單詞

而家啲人少用I shall, 約定俗成
以前份工會用到shall，但係for legal reasons 😂 (會jot 低做video idea)
"shall""will"怎么用就得看讲话者(speaker)的意志(will)，讲话者能决定的就用shall，讲话者不能决定的就用will，法律规定的条文全都用shall。

Could同would, 我覺得 差唔多。。。 有時候。 片中例如would / could pass xyz. 我感受分別很少。 可能would比較想像式會不會。 could比較begging, 求人成份多d, 即中學所講教can有禮， 唔係老俸。 以前覺得很難， 現在都不習慣tomorrow入面有過去式。 原來過去式都可能講幻想的現實從未發生之事。 部份包括未發生的預測。 好像死神來了個d預感， 應該主角會咁用。

He said he will do it 都岩啊～ 意思就會係佢話佢（喺未來） 會做。 但就唔係講緊能力方面。 如果用 would 就有可能講佢當時話 佢喺過去左嘅時間裡會去做 (有可能你懷疑佢究竟有冇做到就講左呢句）

Maggie妳有濕疹，可以考慮睇荃灣南豐中心嘅曾偉雄醫生，佢本身係兒科醫生，但竟然醫好咗我嘅濕疹。我當年係嚴重到睇晒全香港最頂尖嗰幾位皮膚科醫生（即係新聞會訪問嗰啲專家），都醫唔好。然後入咗港安醫院留醫（因為小腳皮膚已很嚴重，我怕要截肢），不幸遇上黃綠醫生，佢不停拖症，住院5日完全冇進展出唔到院，我同公司嘅保險公司講我要換醫生，很幸運地保險公司和港安搵咗曾醫生嚟接手。我再住多2日後就出院。2020年醫好，感恩到今日從未翻發。
咁啱轉醫生，先停咗濕診炸，，可能好快再番發未定，我屋企人就係咁，未必真係關呢位醫生㗎，但都祝你早日康復。

其實我一直有每天做帶氧運動習慣（20年了）不過後尾我發現原來瑜伽同埋冥想先係最好嘅運動。
