Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic cloves - 25 grams

Red chilli powder - 1.25 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1tsp -
Garam Masala Powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 1/4 cup
