Just moved to Red Lake Falls, Minnesota. I'm renting for a year, then hoping to buy a home. Its tough because I need a rural property with an acre for my dogs.
I wouldn’t agree with that. Most of the crime in Brooklyn park is in a generalized area. Brooklyn park is the 6th largest city in all of Minnesota and you can see by looking at the crime map that the majority of things that happen in BP happen in the same area. Crystal actually has more theft than Brooklyn park does.
Just want to say the Freeway info is really useful. It's not stuff you think about normally, especially if moving from out of state.
I never knew how well our infrastructure was until going to other states. Everywhere in the Twin cities is less than 20 minutes from downtown.
I want a country home, I want a few chickens and rabbits, any suggestions 💖
There are actually some cities in the Twin Cities that allow chickens. Crystal is one of them.

Welcome! Are you planning on staying in the Red Lake Falls?
@@movingtominnesota , Yes, or nearby because I'm working at Digikey also. Need 30 minutes or less commute to Thief River Falls. 🤔
Been there, done that, keep your tshirt.
huh?
@@movingtominnesota Left the cities in 87 because things were going downhill. I doubt it's better now.
I heard waite park is bad too
Bad in what way?
5:21 Yeah because of all the crime in the area!
Pretty much
The best place to live in Minnesota? Texas.
Quite a few people trying to beat the heat in Texas and moving here. 🤣
@@movingtominnesotaI've lived in new Hope , and Plymouth. Plymouth is very nice. Lived downtown and over south. Love MPLS....
.
Avoid Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center
Why do you say that?
@@movingtominnesota Because of the crime
@@movingtominnesota Crystal, New Hope and some parts of Golden Valley are OK. Avoid North Minneapolis

True. Some parts of Brooklyn Park are OK, but I would definitely avoid Zane Avenue and Brooklyn Boulevard
