This recipe is so tasty you will be making this over and over..
Ingredients needed:
To season chicken:
1 lb of chicken tenderloins or chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
1 shallot or 1/2 onion
1/4 cup chopped scallions
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 weri weri pepper (optional)
1 TBS sweet soy sauce
1 TBS dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Maggie bullion powder
For cabbage:
1 medium or small cabbage
3 cloves garlic
1 weri weri pepper
1/2 onion
1/4 cup scallions
3 red sweet peppers or I medium size red bell pepper
1/2 tsp Maggie bullion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt according to preference
3 TBS olive oil
