Great video and exact tools and right to the point! 😊😊😊
One trick, try removing the black plastic cap from the rear fuel rail. You can see it at 2:45. That should allow removal of the power steering pump without removing any lines.
Thanks for sharing! Dude! Great vid!!
That worked perfectly. I also remove the windshield wiper motor. Wish I had stubby wrenches, it was kinda hard to get room to get to the power steering pump line.
great camera work. thank you.
No problem thanks for watching
Nice Thanks
Does replacing the camshaft position sensor in the Venture require a relearn procedure?
... no, this is 20+ year old tech. It's functions like a hall effect sensor, it generates signal for the PCM to determine the beginning of the ICE/Firing cycle. ✌🏼
What is the part number, brand, purchase from? I have the same car.
Does this have anything to do with my sputtering and dieng while accelerating. I changed my fuel filter recently thinking that was the issue and now it will not start. I'm getting fuel pressure , zero rpms when cranking.
That's what I was wondering. Took it up and someone ran a code reader on it. Whatever popped up they recommended the sensor kit. Just got the part so I'm hoping its what it is. Mine is just sputtering right now but feels like it's gonna die.
@@cdac1995 did u fix it?
@@random13627 Yes. So, recently got the head gaskets replaced. I think somewhere along the line they forgot to reconnect a spark plug.
Gonna guess I need to check and top off my power steering fluid after this job.
correct
@@ProblemSolverGarage hi and nice vid, does the power steering fluid come gushing out when the high pressure metal line is disconnected? ...looks like it can be messy with oil all over the place...thanx
Im trying to put the high pressure line back into the back of power steering pump but it wont screw on. What should I do, ive tried for an hour to screw it back on by hand?
.. did you get it on? Try securing the line to the pump with your fingers, before screwing the pump back on the engine. 🤔
@@Texaca i couldnt get it on im going to try again
Hi I did automatic to manual conversion on my E36 325i converterble after following all your steps my car doesn't want to start
Safety neutral switch?
Automatic transmission computer chip removal?
What you think I could be missing sir
... @jaweedleon4044 ...you're on the wrong video my friend. This video applies to GM vehicles with a 3.4L V6 3400 engine. This engine wasn't made for BMW's, and production ceased in 2004.
