- We caught this baby crocodile in Gbelle National Park, Ghana. We noosed it to take photos, but it expressed its displeasure with a chirp and some snaps of its jaws. Dan managed to get bit by this guy and was bleeding quite a bit, but I didn't catch that on camera.
"Mom! Mom! There are weirdos trying to eat me!"

He would be 5 now, and he still wouldn't be big enough to kill a human, crocodiles age very slowly.
Alligators and other big crocodiles grow about 12 inches a year for about 6 years, then they slow down, and depending on how much food is available and how much stress it has undergone over the years, it's probably somewhere between 4-5 feet long by now. At this point, it's plenty big enough to cause significant injury to a person, but not enough to pull them under the water.

He’s not terrified, animals don’t feel fear the same way humans do, yes he is being defensive and calling for his mom, but that’s because he’s in a predator situation (going of the fact, to them anything bigger than them is likely to eat them)

I know I’m five years late, but it’s not a hook. They took fishing line and made a little noose and tied it around its leg. Still cruel if you ask me.

so is every nearly every carnivore on earth(also some omnivores), for example, Dogs, Cats, Humans. i dont like the phrase "killing machine" used when talking about wild animals, they dont just attack for no reason, only we do that. Also if you havent noticed some people have different opinions, I happen to think crocodiles and alligators are cute (mostly the babies, when they get older not so much), I also find snakes to be cute, and lizards.

This is not cute, it's an extremely distressed baby. After calling its mother, it freezes with its mouth open at :09 which is known as gaping. Which is a threat display.

Okay but the sounds and body language of this baby indicate that it's really distressed and these photographers are harassing him. He freezes, keeps an open mouth, and lets out the signal letting others that can hear that there's a threat nearby.
