There seems to be a little too much pleasure taken in all this hate against Amber.
Ms. Heard's side keeps saying that Mr. Depp wasn't named in the Op-ed (implying how can anyone know it's him). Yet, EVERY SINGLE witness they've brought forth, or cross-examined, including Ms. Heard herself, they are doing their DARNDEST to prove that he is EXACTLY who she meant! Beyond ridiculous. Just remember abusive narcissists hold no bounds in their delusional grandeur, lies, deception, malice, and violence. As a survivor of one of these women who knew the pride I took in protecting women, she went around saying I was violent with her. She began to paint this picture of me to try and get me to stay by saying that she would destroy my business with these allegations and made me believe nobody would believe me. She then toed the line with this for months after I left her, blocked her number and all social media accounts and then was reaching out to my friends with these allegations trying to get to me. Luckily, my friends told me not to respond, get away, stay away, and eventually she found a new victim and went away (it took a long time). I have watched every deposition and JD is beyond a reasonable doubt in my mind innocent, and she is guilty. There should be a lengthy jail term for her and anyone in Hollywood that gives her a role (Disney or whomever) should be completely boycotted.
My brother was a senior engineer at a large airline. His narciccist sociopathic wife called his work twice and told them my brother had been arrested for sexually abusing his 2 daughters. Of course he hadn't been arrested, hadn't done anything but it didn't matter, he was suspended twice until he could prove it wasn't true.

And what is horrible about the final "reveal" is that you wanted so bad to believe that you were with the person they painted a picture of because leaving a fool just adds insult to injury. My favourite part of your response was the empty shell who use you for supply, because I remember her literally having to study me to get an understanding of what empathy looked like, and when she would try it was as fake as Amber Heards testimonies.
So sorry you had to go through this nightmare with your ex. My former SIL is pretty much the same story. Her DV trial with 5 felony counts is scheduled late this summer. Unfortunately my brother is no longer living, but she has transferred her abuse to his kids and we siblings. Thus we continue to suffer as a family. I am glad you were able to get out alive.
AH didn't go first, her biased Forensic Psychologist went first. AH is still on direct tomorrow and it will be interesting to see if her testimony changes after no one believes her allegations with no receipts.

She intentionally set up JD, hurt him, stole his heart, bully him and bad mouth him, she deserves every single 'feedback' she got now.
As to JD's lawyer reacting to the mention of kate moss, another possibility I have heard mentioned is that the judge had ruled that both of the legal teams could not mention prior bad acts, unless a witness brought them up on their own. And since Amber just brought up the rumors about JD and Kate Moss, now they can ask Amber about her being charged with DV against her former partner.

Yeah I think unfortunately she will win. If they prove any abuse he loses. They had a toxic relationship and he’s said some mean things which could be interpreted as abusive even though she is 100x worse. I think regardless he’s won in the court of public opinion and he can do without the 50 million. I hope he gets/stays clean and sober and he gets his career back on track.

Saying mean things is not abuse. All couples say mean things to each other in heated arguments. When a woman accuses a man of abuse, nobody ever says oh they had a toxic relationship or oh she said mean things or oh there was mutual abuse....because it is BS...so to use those variables in this case is just plain sexist against JD.
AH was the toxic of the relationship. She is the one who brought the poison. She is poison to all living things.
They are not going to prove he abused her in any way because he did not. Her Op Ed referenced the TRO. The TRO was about VIOLENCE. Verbal abuse or emotional abuse is not in any way "mutually" equivalent to VIOLENCE. I believe the jury can comprehend the difference in reference to the Op Ed. Do not believe AH attorneys when they say if the jury believes that he verbally abused her then he loses because that is simply not true. They are simply trying to conjure up doubt because that is all they have.
When AH tried to get the case dismissed after JD's side rested, the judge went through every check box that the jury will follow to make their decision and she said that the jury may find in JD's favor and therefore she denied the request to dismiss (for the 5th time.) The preponderance of evidence leans in JD's favor. He has a good chance of winning. AH has no solid, credible evidence that matches her claims. None. She has nothing but words of shock and disgust and staged photos with questionable metadata that do not match up with her accusations.
BTW Amber WITHDREW THE TRO. She never pled her case to a judge. The court THREW IT OUT with prejudice meaning she cannot file any more restraining orders against him. It was a hoax from the beginning.
Her counterclaim is just another act of vengeance. She has no case.
I don’t understand, WHY was AH allowed to bring in photos, and screen shots of text messages without providing her cell phone or metadata to prove the date these items were created and to verify that they have not been tampered with??? 🤔
She refused, then stalled, then sent corrupted files, password files without password access, etc.

The judge will address this issue. It's suppossed to be addressed at a specific time during the trial (formalities)...we just haven't reached that time yet. But it WILL come up...
The person that was hired to do the forensic analysis of her photos and messages is on JD's witness list.

The greatest relief I am getting is that if she thought she had faced public wrath before, she should wait till she sees what she's gonna get now. I have never seen or heard such malice from a male or female abuser! She is one hell of a piece of work.
She's upset about all the scrutiny, but when she filed her restraining order against JD, she made sure to make an appearance (which apparently is not necessary) and she made sure to use a very public entrance and exit point as opposed to using a door that affords more privacy. As she left the courthouse she made sure to wear black and look like an innocent little waif. What a con woman this Amber is.
And how did the media know she was going to be there clutching her restraining order.
Johnny Depp lost Pirates 6 AND Fantastic Beasts and has not been offered any other movie work, so he has lost about $44 million at a conservative estimate.
However, I do believe that money is not his objective with suing Amber Heard - as he said, he has lost 'nothing less than everything'.
It seems to me that it's a critical matter of all or nothing in trying to recover his life.
I was just going to say this. I think he’s even kind, suing for his actual financial loss, he needs to factor in emotional and physical to that figure and revise it up!

I love how she says that she got the public’s wrath when originally everyone took her side until everyone figured out she was on bullshit. By all accounts Johnny is a good guy. Amber was abusive to her ex but claimed homophobia and misogyny but the cop turned out to be a lesbian. She’s made herself look like a fool and I guarantee she swore she looks great. She’s so used to getting her way she can’t imagine not getting her way now. My opinion, I think that Johnny Depp and his team are angling to redeem him in the court of public opinion regardless of the case outcome, and it is to their advantage that it has been so well publicized.

I'm looking forward to the cross exam, I think they are going to be asking a lot of questions and AH is gonna be stressing on answering them fully or trying to walk around them. Someone telling the truth, they can answer yes or no questions and with a little detail that never changes. People who lie they are just all over the place telling a storyline because they seem to think that explaining at story is to be more believable and they just can't answer yes or no unless pushed into answering. I think it's gonna be interesting.

Trauma stories can be very hard to tell coherently because trauma will mess with that ability to recall things sequentially and specifically.
She's had a week to memorize her testimony to keep her story straight. I'm sure she took a trip to the doctor to get antianxiety meds before being cross examined. I still believe she'll slip up and will ramble on about irrelevant things.

I am a new subscriber to this lawyers page. I have been watching this trail. I have to say I like his breakdowns for this trail! Enjoy watching his videos!

I normally find it normal with my personality to hear both sides out before forming an solid opinion, but what she described on the stand made it clear she has not suffered serious domestic violence as she claims, I talk from experience , the audio on its own made that clear . When you are head butted you have bruises on your forehead and under your eyes , and that photo of the bruise where she alleges Johnny grabbed her arm , that isn’t what a bruise looks like from being grabbed as their fingers aren’t held together to get a better grip so there are finger bruises spaced apart. When she alleged he raped her with a bottle she would have seen a female doctor to do an internal to make sure no permanent damage had occurred. You don’t have to tell the doctor anything, and the last straw for me is when she alleged he was punching her around the head, with those rings on she would have lost consciences or at the least her face would be broken . When she said she thought of Kate moss was absurd, when you are terrified for you r life Adrenalin is rushing through your whole body and your eyes are darting to find a way out safely .to lie what a man did to you is horrendous then on top she is an Ambassador representing real victims , that part hurt me deeply …
